Who thought it would be a good idea to give the pokémon hedge clippers? Apparently it's time for adventures in the topiary arts. At least Bulbasaur is practicing on a shrub outside the immediate confines of the garden-proper. It's actually starting to look something like a six-tailed fox. That might even be intentional.

He waters it..a bit damper than the other. Oops.

"Saur bulba, saur bulba," the pokémon hastens to reassure the boy. As long as the soil doesn't get downright muddy, and it doesn't happen every time, things are fine. The potted plants look lovely.

Bulbasaur carefully places the pots back in the picnic basket, making them easier to carry, and packs the tools in with them. "Bulbasaursaur, saur?"

Harold visibly calms down with Bulbasaur's reasurrances.

"Sasaur."

Hefting the basket with the flowers in it, the creature eyes Harold speculatively. It may be a little heavy for a toddler to carry all by himself. And Bulbasaur's not sure where Harold's staying. "Saur bulbasaur saur, bulba?"

"Bulbasaur saur bulba, saursaur bulbabulba saur. Sasaur bulba, saur." He's staying with Snow in the House of Arch and Snowball can help with the basket. He points to the large white dog laying nearby. "Saur bulba saur!" He acts like he's all strong. "Bulba!"

The pokémon smiles, and sets the basket down next to Snowball. "Saur bulba, saursaur."

It checks the position of the sun in the sky. "Saur, saur?"

Harold blinks.

"Sasaur bulba? Saur bulbabulba saur bulba."

Well, they could go ahead and take the flowers back to Harold's home, or go swimming in the shallows of the lake (Bulbasaur has not encountered Shark or Squid, and nobody's warned it), or maybe go for a walk in the woods...

"Bulbasaur bulba, saursaur bulba bulbasaur saur. Saur bulbasaur saur, saur?"

Harold hesitates. Snow will probably worry..and she doesn't like for him to play in the lake, although she never explained why.
"Saur bulba bulba saur saurbulba. Bulba, saur sasaur bulba. Bulba SAUR saur bulba, saur."

Okay, so swimming is out. Bulbasaur extends its front legs and leans back on its haunches, stretching its back. Forest, then? It yawns. Or maybe nap?

Harold yawns too. (The power of suggestion is STRONG! ..not to mention the power of a full tummy and warm sun)

It flops on the grass near Snowball, and gets comfortable. "Saur!"
Naptime is good, especially after a productive day.

Harold snuggles inbetween Bulbasaur and Snowball and closes his eyes.

"Saur bulba bulbasaur," he says sleepily.
