The be-masked hero was back, and once again out by the lake practicing with the blades. He only had one of the pair at the moment and was apparently working more on acrobatics than actual fighting.

Though, really, upon closer inspection, even the acrobatics were defensive, even dangerous.

Just make sure not to startle him and you'll be fine.

(at work, same goes for Clive below, typing project, may be able to get posts in depending on how closely I'm being watched)

"We don't have that problem much. The rich people have the money, and the poor people don't. And the people in the middle with businesses that haven't gone out of business have to worry about things like money coming in and out."

He nodded, leaning back on his hands, "I don't tend to worry about it much myself, though I should, she won't be around forever after all."

Though sometimes he still liked to think she would be.

"No." She nods in agreement.

"Did you have a school?"

He nodded, "I went to school. It's still there I'm sure, despite the students' best efforts."

She tilts her head, not understanding.

"Was it a working school?"

His brow creased as well, not entirely sure he understood the question, "The school worked to teach us what we needed to know."

"I mean did it send you out to work?"

"oh!" He shook his head, "No, not at all, not besides assignments that we took home."

"So why do the students want to destroy it? Most of us girls back home would do almost anything to have the great big fish of going to school."

He laughed again, shaking his head, "We didn't really, not for good, though we all left our marks on the place."

"Like graffitti?"

He nodded, "Oh yes, quite a bit like that, some more permanent than others."

She nods.

"For words to last forever." she says softly.

Jack begins to cry, so she picks him up gently off the grass.

"He needs changing, so I'll have to go. Thanks for the grapes."
