There is somewhat grouchy Imp there -- he has taken with a spring cold, and mulled wine and bed rest seems not to touch it.
That leaves Tyrion huddled grumpily by the fire place, nursing his wine and cursing his poor fortune. This is a strange place, but he should not catch ill here! That's unseemly, for a magical place between worlds! The very idea!

Because she was the one who said she'd try to be nice to him - which means actually talking to him. It's not something she wants to do - but she said she would. Because she's very stupid.
Sansa moves to sit at the Bar. Then she stops and walks over to Tyrion's couch. "May I join you, my lord?" she asks politely. She even smiles a bit, like she's pleased to see him.

"As you like," he says and shifts, small against the cushions. "I find my health has taken an ill turn. But it's a small bout of sniffles that plague a small, no?"
He gestures at the spiced wine; "Care for a cup?"

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that," she murmurs. "Hopefully 'tis not much. You've been getting your bedrest?
"Thank you, but I'd like some more food in my tummy first. Oh, ah, you there, rat!" A rat comes over. "Some soup and milk - and would you like anything else, my lord?"

"Have you heard the name Blodwen Rowlands, my lord?" the girl asks soberly.

... ... damn you, Sansa Stark, for Tyrion does occasionally think to mind his tongue in your presence.

"I hope you have not kept too much to yourself, my lord. This is a place for socialization."

Hard to trust after all he has seen.

"I am glad you've met some you'd term friend. Who are they?"

Sansa is being perky and optimistic when she says, "Hopefully it won't be here, my lord. There are rules." Without meaning to her gaze goes to the infirmary door. Rules that can be broken.

Nobody came to see Tyrion, after the battle of Blackwater.

She frowns a bit at the soup, the top layer of which is melted cheese. This is new.

And the scarred boy struck him as the type who needed a lot of praying done for him, much like Tyrion himself.

"Oh, I do pray for him. I light candles to the Seven and sometimes go into the wood and hope my prayers reach the old gods. Though I d not go too far in - it was Lady Ako who warned me that the forest is a dream-wood. You can find nightmares in there."
Sansa went into this conversation with the goal of being cheery. Really.

"...do be careful, Sansa," Tyrion says. He has heard no real warnings of the wood, but she's given him no reason to go OUT now. "You may find more then a Godswood out there, and this place..."
Well, he looks back at the healer's hall doors.
Does he need to say more?

"I do try, my lord. I never go far in, and only go in the day." She wrinkles her nose. "Though magic is inescapable here. There was a time when the entire Milliways was cursed - people would start singing, with music playing but no musicians to be found. It was said a demon brought this curse, but it's gone now. Thankfully."
