Ramon enters the bar looking happy enough (i.e smug as hell) and goes to order a burger and tequila from Bar. When both turn out to be salty, he glares at her and throws the food back down.
'Is that some sort of joke? Very fucking funny.'
No one's laughing - least of all him - when he tries to order something else but nothing at all materialises. Muttering something about prison food, he goes to sit in a booth and wait for a rat.
Damn women.

'Bad day?'
Not that he particularly cares about the answer but it's a way of starting conversation. He can act nice, at times.
no subject
Bar at least sympathised for him.
"Women suck."
no subject
He smirks and finally gets a rat to come over so he can place his order for dinner.
'What'd she do to you?'

Well, there's a thought. It's given its due and proper consideration, obviously.
'Sounds like a hell of a lot of fun. What's the problem?'
no subject

He's still not really seeing the problem, as it happens, but goes with it anyway.
'Did you do anything with all the women on this planet?'
He's kind of thinking that if there's a planet out there with only women, they'd be pretty...happy to see a couple of guys.
...well OK, he's kind of imagining what it would be like to be single and find this planet but the other thing was his second thought. Really.

"I was one of two males on the planet. What do you think."

It's Mal. Slightly sans jitters, although she's still a bit too twitchy to be normal.
"Can I ask you a question?"
no subject
Doesn't mean he'll answer it but there you go.
no subject
Twitch. Fidget.
no subject
A shame, he's always thought. All those stressed out students that use them to pull all-nighters and are too weak to go down the harder route.
'Why?'
no subject
It's an answer. Really!
no subject
...OK, he totally is.
'Why are you addicted to coffee? That's stupid, you should at least get addicted to something that'll let you enjoy yourself. And what do you mean that everything from Bar is 'all gross'?'
no subject
Pauses for breath.
"That's the coffee thing. Generally good to know. And everything from Bar is sort of salty and waterey at the same time."
no subject
That's a relief. Or something.
The thing about addictions makes sense though, in a way. He waves at the other side of his booth.
'Sit down if you want. Alright so...addicted to coffee. Why don't you just drink it then? What do you need pills for? Even if the stuff tastes bad from Bar, isn't it better than nothing?'

Toss!
RAMON'S HEAD FOR TEN POINTS!
There is a nearby sound of squeaking and a small child giggling.
And possibly being taught how to take aim.
no subject
'Buenos tardes, Gorlim.'
Just to be a superior bastard. And the Small Child is Eyed.
no subject
They Eyeing gets a direct hit from the Small Child, who takes after her daddy. Gorlim laughs and tickles her. "Sorry, I haven't taught her to shoot only when no one's looking. How are you?"
no subject
'Right. Yeah, you might want to look into teaching her that.'
Why shoot from where they can see you? Ramon's never been one to fight fair.
'I'm good. Random and I are going away next week. You?'
no subject
Clearly Ramon has not yet spoken to Random.
Hee hee hee.
no subject
'What?'
no subject
"Alive, Ramon. As in not dead anymore. Hello. Also, scars're gone."
no subject
Well, that makes things clearer. Ramon frowns.
'Good. That's good news.'
Beat.
'Any danger you're going to tell me what the fuck you're talking about?'
