Amy came downstairs this evening, got tea and paper thin ginger cookies and settled happily at a table just slightly out of the way.
It's been a long time since she looked over at the place where the door hasn't been since the first of October. She doesn't mean to look at it tonight. But she does.
And there's a door there.
The tea and cookies are rather being ignored, at the moment. Amy is thinking.
