Molly is sitting at a table in the bar with a kneazle enjoying some fish on the seat beside her, and a parchment and quill on the table in front of her. She's making lists.
Of course there is tea, and always a second cup for anyone who might like to join her.

"Hello, beautiful."

She kisses him briefly, then nods to Dragon with his plate of fish.
"Yrael taught him how to order from the bar, if you can believe it."
no subject
"Who's Yrael? And that sounds like a useful talent!"

Cain nods, one hand gently rubbing her back as he listens.
"This place always has something new to show us."
He grins.
"What have you been doing, love?"
no subject
She gestures to the parchment in front of her with a neat column written there.
"The top of the list is to find a kneazle sitter for Dragon. I'm thinking either Angela or Agnes. Angela hasn't been staying in the bar full time, though, so I suppose I should be looking for Agnes."
no subject
"Sounds good. I hope it works out. Have you seen either of them?"
His hand just sort of accidentally ends up on her leg.

She'd left him a note propped up against Mortimer, rather than disturb his work.
"Did you finish what you were working on?"
She turns slightly in her seat, and rests her hand on top of his 'accidental' one.
no subject
"I saw that. Yes I did. But it will be a surprise for later."
He grins at her.
His hands plays with hers, fingers carressing hers.
no subject
"What are you up to this evening? Any plans?"

"Hello, Molly. Long time, no see."
no subject
"It must be a very long time. I'm afraid I don't remember you."
He looks nice enough, and is vaguely familiar, but she can't place him.
no subject
"Twenty years without a Door can do that. It's Billy, Molly. A really long time no see."
no subject
"It is you!"
And suddenly he is half-tackled by a delighted red-head hugging him.
"Twenty years! Look at you! You're all grown up!"
no subject
He hugs her back and smiles.
"Yes, 35 this year, give or take a few months. You look good, too. I take it this place is being good to you?"
no subject
"I've had a rough few weeks, but Milliways has been good to me. It's my home now."
no subject
"What's wrong? Are you okay?"
Concern shows on his face as he faces her.
no subject
She fiddles nervously with her teacup, not feeling steady enough at the moment to pour a cup for Billy.
"Now my brothers and Cain have decided that Milliways is the safest place for me."
no subject
"I am so sorry, Molly."
He gently reaches out to touch her arm.
"I lost my wife six months ago, and I know... it is hard to lose loved ones."
He nods a little.
"This place is safer than most worlds, even if it is dangerous in and of itself."

"Hey there!"

Molly smiles on the fist genuine smiles she's worn for a couple of weeks. It's gone quickly, but it was there.
"How have you been?

no subject
"You went and saw Jack? How did that go?"
She takes another cup, and pours some tea for her friend, sliding over in front of her.
"I was looking for you, because I need a kneazle sitter for about a week."
no subject
She hides her blush a little bit behind the tea cup.
"What's a kneazle?" she asks, furrowing her brow.
no subject
She points down at the seat beside herself, where a catlike animal sits finish off a piece of fish from a plate. It looks pretty much like a normal cat, except for the spots all over, and a tail like a lions.
"His name is Dragon. He's a little grouchy at times, but all you'd really have to do is feed him. He seems to enjoy the fish the most, and it can be put on my tab. I've charmed his litterbox to clean itself."
