After Molly's party the night before, Angela is in the bar.

She looks a little tired, though she does look better than she did, which isn't saying much.

Angela just might be a tad hungover.

Never, ever again...

She's drinking tea and eating dry toast. She's feeling better, and thank goodness for ibuprofen.

She'd like conversation.

Quiet conversation.

A certain someone settles next to her.

"Practice is what you need."

She turns to him and smiles slightly, blushing. "Oh, probably." She leans her head against his shoulder.

"Good party, though." And her fingernails are pale pink and sparkly!

"That's good." He slings an arm around her shoulders. "So, what'd you do there anyway?"

Angela cuddles in a bit. "Ate, drank, and was merry, basically. Painted my fingernails and talked a bunch. Soaked in a hot tub. Very, very girly," she says.

He snorts softly.

"Sounds it. All mine again now?"

She puts her arms around him and kisses his cheek. "Mmmm, yes."

He grins and gives her a squeeze.

"Although it was nice having the blankets all to myself last night."

She laughs a little bit. "You mean I don't keep you warm enough?"

"You keep me plenty warm." Melou kisses her forehead.

She blushes and sighs a bit. "Good. I should really learn to share blankets, though. It's such a failing."

"It is. Terrible, really." Melou agrees, sighing and shaking his head. "Don't know what I'm gonna do with you."

She grins. "Sleep closer? Then you could nudge me and pull the covers back. I'll learn eventually."

She will! She's bright!

He chuckles softly.

"Didn't know I could get closer."

Angela is thoughtful. "Well, yeah, maybe not. But nudging is still an option if you get cold."

As is waking her up to warm him up, but she figures he'd get that already.

"Well, we'll see how it goes tonight. I should be going back home tomorrow."

Angela nods. "All right." She hates when he has to leave, but knows he has to, and besides, she got him for a nice visit this time. She puts her head on his chest.

He strokes her hair silently for a moment.

"I'm not sure, but I don't know when I'll be abnle to come back next."

She nods again. "Well, you never do know anyway. I know you've got to go," she says softly.

She'll cry about it later, after he's gone. For a little while.

"Yeah, but I'm probably going to travelling soon, so I might not have a way to come back." He sighs. "But we'll see. Got dragged in from Camelot while I was there, so you never know."

"Yeah? Where are you going?"

She'll save the please be careful until right before he leaves.

"Galwyddel and Rheged, either on my way up or back. Haven't decided that yet. Got family in both places and we need to start finding out who's on our side and who's not."

Angela will look up those places later on, and nods. "I'll keep hoping for you," she says with a smile.

And then she picks up her head and leans up to kiss him softly.

"Thanks." He kisses her back.

"I'll probably be doing this a lot from now on, though. Just so you know."

She nods. "Yeah, I sort of figured you'd get busy pretty soon. I'm surprised you had so much time free lately, really."

She stays very close, and hasn't really let go of him.

Melou sighs, stroking her back and hair.

"We were taking it slow, trying to make sure whatever move we made was planned properly, but now we know that both Constantine and Maelgwn want us dead, well, we have to really move things along."
