April inna bar, looking rather pleased with herself.

She's got a couple of full notebooks sitting next to her and is transferring the contents (her novel) onto the laptop in her lap.

She's been at this for a while - she'd welcome a distraction.

"I don't. Not really. Don't like thinking about it, y'know?" she shrugs. "It's just life and its annoyances."

He's not really much of a talker.

"If your little boy ever comes in with you, I'd love to meet him." she offers.

"I do bring him in sometimes. I'll be sure and introduce you."

"Great!" she beams. "And, um, not to sound like a desperate teenager or anything, but I'm a really good babysitter if you ever bring him in and end up needing to go off without him or whatever..."

She doesn't sound like she'd really really like that. Really.

"I'll remember that. Never can tell what might happen here."
