Hiro has -- made himself comfortable. Sure, by doing so he fell asleep in a boothe, but-- still. The guy's had a long (confusing, squee-filled) day. Still, he woke up to the bustling of bar and began to stumble about, realizing:

He has only the vaguest idea of where he is.
He has no idea how to leave, because he can't seem to find a door out that doesn't lead to SCOTLAND, or it's equivalent.
He needs a shower.
He's famished and this place has the best waffles on God's green earth-- or, well, the multiverse.

He's decided to pursue problem 4 -- one and two will sort themselves out but waffles wait for no one. No one.

Though, he does wish Ando were here. It's probably make communication easier. His english drastically improved... what with six months with his prettier teacher... but... Miscommunication is bound to happen. Ando would fix that. Ando's English is EXCELLENT. (Because of the American porn!)

For now? Waffles.

... and there's Hiro trying to keep his waffles in his mouth.

Whoops? Excuse him, he's trying not to psychically PULL Obi-Wan Kenobi to his table with the FORCE OF HIS FANBOYING.

He may not be trying, but he's likely to succeed anyway. At the very least, Obi-Wan notices the intense localized surge of SQUEE and looks at its source with some amusement. Dressed like an Earther, so... "I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you've seen the vids."

"...yes!" SQUEAK! "I am Hiro Nakamura!" And there is stumbling up to his feet and bowing and smiling and bobbling and -- he's like a happy little puppy. "It is an honor to meet you!"

Obi-Wan returns the bow. "And a pleasure to meet you, Mister Nakamura. What brings you here this... shall we say it's evening? It feels like an evening, in some indefinable way."

"Uhm." It feels like breakfast to Hiro. "A bus. This was supposed to be a rest stop!"

"It's certainly served that purpose for some of us, although I doubt it's the specific rest stop you expected. Milliways has a habit of grabbing people out of their normal places in space-time."

Hiro nods; he's had this explained to him and it's finally sinking in. "Like... vacation!" Just like Mal said. Even if he's not sure he should be HAVING a vacation right now.

"It can be. For others, a rest between material life and what lies beyond... a chance to resolve unfinished business, or to help those who still need your help."
