Hiro has been busy -- very busy. But it's not the busy he wants. It's the busy, however, he delivers to Bar with a, "Purease give to the crew of... Sss...Su... Serenity. Delivery securetu!"

Bar takes the gift away, and Hiro sighs, content. The crew he's met has been so good to him (well, Jayne was scary, but that was logical, right?), it's only right to show them his appreciation.

Now done, he finds himself with his beer -- Sam Adams, since Mike got him started on it -- alone before the Observation Window.

There's a strange sense of melancholy to the man today; he looks at the emptiness on the other side of the booth, and he looks to the wall where the door should be.

"This is not how we roll," he sighs, and takes another swig.

Ando, at least, should be here. Charlie, he failed and lost forever.

Hiro's brows go up. Strongu Badu? is mouthed, but then he just settles back into his booth and nods very slowly at the armless... thing. person. whatever.

Homestar gets a Cold One from The Bar and helps himself to the floor near the booth. After all, it'd be rude of Homestar to take the seat in case company's coming. He takes a drink and looks up at Hiro.

"Hits the spot, don't it?"

"...ahuh."








THE WEIRD IT OVERPOWERS.

Homestar nods a bit, his propeller slowly spinning.

"So," he says in a way that implies they've known each other since diaper school. "What's been up?"

[supaahiro]

"Uh."

Hiro is not so good with the talking to the... the... thing.

"Beer?"

...yes! BEER is up!

Homestar has to agree. It is, at least, higher up than he is now.

He nods and he sips.

"So whacha got there, a Cold One? A Cool One? The Bar fixes you up right, doesn't she?"

"Sam Adams," says Hiro. "Mikey-- he..." He's the bartender what tends the bar and why is he explaining this to a flash cartoon?

"Wait, who gave you the Cold One? Sam, Adam, or Mikey?"

[supaahiro]

"Yes?"

Sort of all three?

Ambiguous does not always mean unacceptable.

Homestar watches the show out the window.

"This is way cooler than television. Or even Happy Fireworks."
