Hiro has been busy -- very busy. But it's not the busy he wants. It's the busy, however, he delivers to Bar with a, "Purease give to the crew of... Sss...Su... Serenity. Delivery securetu!"

Bar takes the gift away, and Hiro sighs, content. The crew he's met has been so good to him (well, Jayne was scary, but that was logical, right?), it's only right to show them his appreciation.

Now done, he finds himself with his beer -- Sam Adams, since Mike got him started on it -- alone before the Observation Window.

There's a strange sense of melancholy to the man today; he looks at the emptiness on the other side of the booth, and he looks to the wall where the door should be.

"This is not how we roll," he sighs, and takes another swig.

Ando, at least, should be here. Charlie, he failed and lost forever.

"Ah, Cat!" he smiles at her and tilts his beer. "I am -- okay!"

"Very good, then. How is your life as a super-hero?" Lowering voice, conspiratory

"Haven't been out of bar," Hiro sighs. "Feel bad."

Guilt makes for uncomfortable bar-lounging.

"Oh, I am sorry; it must be terrible." She frowns a bit. "I never really understood why the Bar holds people in for a lenght of time, and at the same time I am glad I can leave anytime I want."

"Need a break, maybe? But, miss Ando," he says, and looks over at the Empty Space again. Miss Charlie, too...

"Maybe. Who is Ando?" Cait blinks, tilts head, curious.

"Ando is my best friend and partner," Hiro nods. ...he dosen't mean that in the homosexual sense, but you know, with a lesbian (or at least, confused) teammate, she might not grasp that.

Cait nods, and no, she does not confuse things. Sarah did not manage to mess up her perceptions of sexual orientation, not that much, and not yet. "I see. It must be hard to be away from friends."

"We are traveling. He would like this place!" If just for the Hot Chick to Single Guy ratio, anyway. "So I am -- sad." Only he's more mopey, but doesn't know the English for that.

Even more considered the ratio of avaiable leggy tall redhead superheroines, maybe? "Or, Milliways would set his head spinning?"

"Maybe," Hiro chuckles softly. "Probably. He is not like me."

He is delightfully normally human, and... uhm... ... the straight man, actually.

"As long as he can accept the idea of a Bar located at the End of the Universe, I think he would not have a problem with the rest. Oh, by the way, did you see an animal... a bunny, actually, a talking bunny, around? Mean-spirited, rude, and carrying a knife?"

"Oh, I know it sounds stramge, but it is real. I was really weirded out for a while." And that is saying a lot, considering everything she saw in her life already.
