The last thing she'd expected when coming downstairs from her and Scott's room was this. Unlike what she'd been wearing she suddenly found herself in some medieval dress. The kind that would befit a queen. Though its also the weight on her face that catches her attention and she reaches up to find a mask there. The redhead is highly amused to say the least. But then she notes some of the other patrons and can't help but smile. This could definitely get interesting.

He grins at her, showing a soft smile.

And his mind flooded with many, many creative possibilities, of just how much 'worth it' he could be.

"Milady queen would have to be the judge of that..."

She gives a grin in return and she places a hand on the back of his neck before pulling him to her and kissing him, warmth wrapping around him like a fine knit blanket... or like a lover's embrace.

"The queen would have you then. For the king has no say in what she does."

He returns the kiss and grins. Inhaling the feel of that warmth, his smile turns softer.

"Then I will do all I can to please the queen, now or any day. For she is the ruler of my world, and the light I steer by."

A little flowery, but heartfelt for all of that.

You're amused by this.

Then again so is she. But still.

"Oh, I'm sure you can please the queen quite well. Although... more of that can come later."

There's mischievousness there in that voice.

Yes. We are in an amusing situation...

he laughs.

"Would milady care to sit and refresh thyself, or for a walk?"

Yes, we are.

She gives a chuckle of her own.

"I say we go for a walk."

He kisses her cheek and then bows to her, offering her his arm.

"If My lady will allow..."

he grins at her.

She's trying to keep a straight face through all of this... she really is.

"I will."

She takes his offered arm and lets him lead the way.

He leads her to the back door and holds it, then out into the day, which, thankfully, has a warm breeze blowing. Spring is on the way, sort of.

"And how was milady's rest?"

Along with snow melting under their feet from the warmth around them.

"I had a lovely rest."

She gives him a smile.

"Yours?"

"It was well, milady, quite pleasant."

Sleeping next to you always is warm and comfortable...

"As it should always be."

Good

He smiled at her, walking with her.

"And what is the queen's fancy today? To wander, to swim, to dance?"

It's all that warm skin you have... when it isn't making me want to nibble all over you, it is lulling me to sleep.

"To dance."

I'm not always this warm you know.

She gives a grin.

It gets turned on and off.

He bows to her and shifts his arm then, turning so as to present one hand to her and slip one hand to her side. His eyes smile as much as he does as he takes the first step of a waltz like dance.

She takes his hand and the other hand goes to his shoulder. That warm wraps more firmly around them both as she dances with her fiance. Enjoying herself just as she knew he was doing.
