And Lo, there is, again, the same (un)loved pale girl, with her books, notes, and drawing pad. And of course, she must be again plotting terror and woe.

Or just reading and studying while inspiration does not strike for today's drawing session. One or the other.

"Dad. He is a Lich. Never knew my mother." Ravin shakes head. "Can only tell she was a living being, because I am alive enough to qualify as one." Scared? Ravin?

But she is NICE!

Or can be, when she bothers with it. Once a century.

"How did that work," he said, getting a strange look on his face, " I mean does he ever talk about her?"

He was scarfing his food now.

"How a guy with a mummified body managed to impregnate a woman? I have nightmares about the possibilities, and think about it as little as possible." Ravin makes a face, eating her snacks slowly. "He never talked about her, and I never asked. No portraits, nodody that knew her, nothing."

"That sucks," he said, "Don't you want to know about her?"

He looked a little more sober thinking about his parents and his uncle. It made him sad.

"No. Probably she was forced or coerced or cheated into it. Most likely dad killed her afterwards, or she died in fright and shock after giving birth to an abomination. I don't want to know more."

"Dude," He said, "And I thought my family life was complicated."

"I am sure that for human standarts, your family life is complicated. But I am not human, I don't have human problems to worry about." And that, is both good and very bad.

"Not entirely human here!" he reminded her," It's not like i can tell my aunt about swinging around the city and scuttling up walls..."

He munched on his last taco.

"Hm." Ravin nods. "You can leave anytime you want?"

Change of subject at 12:00, dead ahead!

"What?" he asked.

He wasn't paying close attention and the question rattled in his brain and made no since.

"Back to your world, you can go there anytime you want?" No worries, Ravin will steer the talk back to what she has in mind.

"oh!" The question took root," Yeah!Why can you?"

"Yeah, I can. But I was curious about other worlds, none I heard about here sound like any of the planes of existance I know of." And the person who offered her a tour is Bound.

"Do you know how i can get here any time?" he asked a half baked idea forming in his head.

"The door is always moving back home, but I can track it with magic. Don't know if I can make it stick to a single spot, or move. Why?"

"You wanna go see a movie or something this weekend?" he asked her blushing.

She blinks... and tilts head. "Yeah. I do." Why not? After all, it will be good to see a new place and new things.

"okay," he said then a thought struck him, "I can only hope i can get here."

he was wondering if bar would let her into his world. OH GOD IF MARY JANE RUNS INTO US I AM DEAD!!!!!

"You will." Well, if she gets stood up, he is dead, then raised as a zombie, then destroyed, then raised as a flesh golem...

Nah. But Ravin will be upset.

"If i am a little late don't kill me," he said, "It's hard trying to be on time with the crazy people i fight. It's also hard with the crazy bar that brings me here at a whim."

He looked at her again and cocked an eyebrow.

"You think I can ask the bar to bring me here at a certain time?" he asked not knowing if it would be possible or not.

"I can ask." She glances at Bar. "If it will do what I ask, that is another thing."

She turns back to him. "Try to be early. There is something special I should dress in?"

"No," he said,"We are going to New York."

He was wondering if dressing up would be good, na, who cared.

" You might want to bring a hoody," he said as an afterthought, " just in case i have to go Spidy or something."

"And what is a hoody?" Because really, her knowledge of human clothing is limited.

"A coat with a hood on it," he said,"Besides it's faster moving around the city by rooftop."

Peter smiled what was he doing?

"I can fly, float, or jump long distances. Or run very fast." She nods, rooftops would not be a problem, then.
