There seem to be a number of confused looking patrons in the bar this evening. Elizabeth is not above watching the crowd for entertainment, and so she is seated with her back to a wall and a faintly curious expression on her face. Her clothes are neat and her newly lightened hair is pulled back in a knot, but she doesn't look as if she's had a decent amount of rest in several days. The pot of tea on the table beside her elbow grows cool and low while she observes the people around her, contemplating striking up a conversation with someone new or simply waiting for an acquaintance to wander by. The latter is, for the moment, the more attractive option, which isn't to say she wouldn't welcome conversation if it comes her way.

"Hello there. Do you know who are?"
This? Is said with a straight face, hopefully inquisitive eyes, and a hint of a smile.

Eyes dark and assessing, Elizabeth takes in first the gown, then the lovely face.
"I'm not likely to forget," she says, slightly suspicious.
no subject
"Truly? You know who you are?"
The woman had just become the shining star in her sky. Her face colored quickly in enthusiasm, as question fell everywhere.
"Who are you? And do you know where we are? And why we don't?"
no subject
And then she remembers a few problematic instances in the bar, and mellows. Her expression might even border on concern.
"Am I to presume that you truly don't know your own identity?" She blinks. "Have you eaten any chocolate recently?"
no subject
"But I don't know either. I don't anything since I woke up. Well, save that a lot of people we ran into didn't remember either. So now I'm sort of checking with everyone trying to figure out everything. Which lead to you."
Yes, that was a smile.

"Hi! You're pretty."
no subject
She opens her mouth to speak, but it's a moment before any words come out.
"Thank you," Elizabeth manages. "And you're very... pink."
no subject
Pause.
"'M Raspberry." Apparently, anyways. "You?"
no subject
It's a good thing she's never thought very much of propriety.
"Elizabeth Swann." Her response is slow in coming. "Raspberry?
"You are not human, are you."

Her hair is new- he does notice, but it is not something Wellard will mention noticing. But he does give Elizabeth a nod in greeting, along with a
"Good day, Miss Swann."
no subject
Elizabeth is struck by the urge to keep him from passing by and quickly adds, "you've been well since Christmas, I trust?"
no subject
"Quite well, thank you. Specially considering people have gotten back to normal from that... tofu stuff." He shakes his head, amused.
"And yourself?"
no subject
She isn't particularly fond of discussing herself at the moment, and thus attempts to avoid the question.

"Hi," she says, shyly. She doesn't remember how to really strike up a conversation.
"Um...do you know what's good to eat around here?" Because Angela doesn't remember anything.
no subject
"Everything is quite well prepared, I've found," she says. "What do you enjoy?"
no subject
She smiles sheepishly.

He's a little lost in thought as he enters Milliways and heads over to the bar for a cup of tea.
He also hasn't bothered to change his clothing back, and so he is quite clearly wearing the uniform of a commodore of the Honourable East India Company.
no subject
The East India Company -- she's in no mood to add 'Honourable' to the name -- is here.
Torn between a cautious approach and direct confrontation, Elizabeth moves up beside him and stiffly nods a greeting.
no subject
So he takes a slight step backwards, giving himself enough space to return her greeting with a perfectly polite half-bow. 'Good evening, madam.'
no subject
"That remains to be seen," Elizabeth replies, dropping her gaze to his uniform, "Commodore?"
She smiles thinly.

("If it's something what's not exactly proper for a lady and a governor's daughter to be doing, you can be sure she'll be right in the thick of it.")
Jack's words come back to him, unbidden.
'At your service.'
