Looking hungry and lost, Ryoga Hibiki wanders into the bar area.

*The Librarian wanders by.*

Ook.

*He offers his teacup.*

Ryoga raises his eyebrows. "Hello."

*The Librarian hugs Ryoga, rather randomly, and offers him the teacup.* Oook.

Ryoga's eyes open wide. "Wha -- d-do I know you?!"

*The Librarian appears to think about it.*

*He shakes his head.* Ook. *He is distinctly unrepentant.*

*He holds out the tea again, and puts it in Ryoga's hands. Some humans do not seem to get the point.* Oook.

Ryoga stares down at the tea. "...thank you."

*The Librarian beams.* Ook!

[OOC: Whatk ind is it?]

[[OOC: whatever you like. as far the libby is concerned, it's just tea.]]

Ryoga pauses for a moment, before taking a sip. "It's good!" He tries not to sound surprised.

*The Librarian beams.* Oook!

"So... what's your name?" Ryoga asks, feeling a little foolish for it.

*The Librarian holds out a napkin. It reads "The Librarian" in huge, neat handwriting.* Ook! *He points at the napkin and points to himself*

"...you're a librarian?"

*The Librarian nods and points at Ryoga, tapping him on the chest, his expression curious* Eeek?

"I'm a..." How could he describe himself? "Martial artist." it seems the obvious answer, anyway. That was his life, wasn't it?

*The Librarian pokes him again, more insistently.* Ook. *He hugs Ryoga again.

He understands the indecision.*

After a pause, Ryoga hesitantly pats the Librarian's back.

*The Librarian nuzzles the top of Ryoga's head and lets go, looking briefly embarassed.*

[ooc: Darn I have to go to bed pretty soon... could we pause this till tomorrow? I'll be al ot faster, too. :) ]

Val wanders over with a bowl of miso soup, plopping it in front of him. "You look lost. Need a map?"

Ryoga gives her a grateful look. "Thank you." He pauses, then chuckles. "I don't think that would help." Probably make it worse, actually.

She chuckles. "Well, I don't think it would help that much actually, cause it's rather odd around here. One gets lost easily." She shrugs, holding out her hand. "I'm Valentine Wiggin."

Ryoga shakes the hand. "Hibiki Ryoga." He pauses, gives her a surprised look. "You get lost too?"
