And out back, Jericho is having an argument with himself.

"Me no am hate it here! Me no am- No, relax, this is temporary, we'll leave as soon as we can- Me am love this place!" He strikes out at a tree, reducing it to kindling with a single blow. " Me am love the ugly trees! Me am love the clean ground! Me am love the dry water!" This time, red beams shoot forth from his eyes, causing a small section of water to boil.

"Where am Wonder Girl? Me am see here everywhere! She's back at home Match, she's waiting for you back at home, just wait, and you'll see her!" And, suddenly, Jericho is in control of the body again.

"Thank god."

Amanda had been sitting next to a tree nearby the one Jericho demolished. With a gasp she hides behind the other tree peaking out occassionally to see if he has left.

He stares down at the ground for a moment. "There. There. Better."

She looks over at him trying to see what he is talking to.

His ears twitch. Some of these powers, he's still getting used to. He looks up, searching her out. "Hello?"

She has been seen, "Hello" she peaks out from behind the tree carefully. Her voice trembling slightly with fear.

"Sorry about that." Sheepishly.

Amanda comes out a little but she remembers what Missouri had said.

There is fear in her eyes.

What is it? she wonders to herself.

"Are you okay? My name is Jericho, I didn't know anyone else was out here." Because, well, he didn't look.

She is also good at being quiet.

"Don't...Don't hurt me." she pleads, no noone has told her about the rules and well big scary thing.

He holds his hands up, palms out. "Don't worry, I'm a good guy."

She looks at him unsure if she believes him.

Slowly she stands keeping behind the tree, "Would you say otherwise if you weren't?"

"I have no idea." And he tries for a charming grin.

Her hands clenched tight against the tree she knows doesn't actually provide for much protection if he did decide to attack.

"What are you?" she asks trying to gather information or something, she will ask Missouri about this things next time the nice woman is around.

"I'm a metahuman. A human with skills and abilities above and beyond the human range." He glances down at himself. "I'm also borrowing this body."

"Barrowing, how can you barrow a body." she now looks even more scared if possible.

"It's my gift." With another smile. "My power."

"You take the bodies of others?, don't try to take mine." she says defensively.

"Oh, no, only bad guys. I'm a hero." He says proudly.

She comes out from behind the tree just a little, "Your name is Jericho?" she recalls him mentioning.

"That's what I'm called, yes." It's close enough.

"I am going to go back inside now." she slowly inches towards the back door of the bar, never turning her back on him.

He waves a hand. "Have fun?"

Slowly she makes her way back into the Bar, keeping her eyes on him the entire way. And then she goes to hide in a crowded corner in the bar.

"Oh, no, only bad guys. I'm a hero." He says proudly.
