The front door of the bar opens and brings with it a tumult of music, raised voices and the fine sounds of a marketplace on a summer's day.
The petite woman who saunters in after the noise pauses and looks around, hands on her hips. Black eyes sparkle mischievously as she takes in her surroundings.
"Well, this isn't the Fortune-be-damned Guildhouse, to be sure."

no subject
"Shadow, Shady to my friends. Eros ... that's an interesting name."

But he's cute. She grins. Another waitrat pops up.
"Two rounds of Dragon's Blood, if you have it," she says, sliding a coin across the bar.

"It keeps life from ever being dull," she says, half-smiling. "Every time I think I'll go mad from boredom or routine some grand and epic adventure comes along and sits itself in my lap."

"I'm no hero," she repeats with a mischievous grin. Raises one of the cups. "To new friends."

"Erm... interesting."
