There comes a time in a man's life, when you've done enough skulking about feeling sorry for yourself after getting your ass kicked by lady-ninjas in blue spandex shortly after being gassed.
There is also a time in a man's life when he accepts that what's done is done and perhaps it's not a bad thing to try to show your fiancee how you feel about her.
This time could be when Guy leaves his room for some late night mulled wine to help him sleep or even when he sits down at a table, rather warily.
The doctor is in.
...wait. That's not right. He's got a stethoscope, a big orange jacket with "Doctor" on it and an alarming lack of weaponry. Definitely not right.
There will be a time for most of the above later. Now calls for something more potent than wine.
[OOC: Will be around for about half an hour then it's slowtime time. :)]

Actually this is more Will's own bitterness and torture memories, Guy really doesn't play a part, he was after all just there though he did capture Will. Will refills his glass and Guy's, they're almost at the end of the bottle.
no subject
This point is brought home by a couple of jabs to the ribs with an index finger attached to a hand holding a glass. If some alcohol sloshes over the rim, well, it's Will's fault for refilling it.
no subject
The poking gets glared at as Will drinks his own glass.
no subject
He takes a long draught from the remains of his drink.
"If the intention is to kill, then bloody well get on with it. Don't draw it out."
Guy may have ...certain views on execution and its execution; perhaps from experience closer to home, rather than in the Sheriff's service.

Since Will know quite well and while he agrees with Guy's sentiment, its rather odd to hear it from him.

It wasn't Guy's life that hung by a thread for what seemed to be a lifetime, all those years ago. But it felt like it and it could have been, under circumstances only slightly altered.
"That's for me to know." Cryptic. The best answer for questions you don't like.

Another drink of green stuff and Will's hand trembles a bit as he leans on the table to not fall over,
"Ne'er want to know that feelin' 'gain, just waitin' for the drop that ne'er came."
no subject
At some point, another bottle of green liquor is brought over by a waitrat, but Guy does not remember ordering it, nor does he remember refilling his glass from it.
But there it is.
Might as well drink that too.
He doesn't comment on Will's acquaintance with the hangman.
no subject
So drinks another shot very quickly and looks down at his other hand on the table.
Why does this man make it tremble, after all he's just a man, not even from his Nottingham?
Its not fair at all and Will collapses in the other chair, still glaring at his hand while he drinks.

Trying to focus on it, he wonders whether he has some disease of the hand.
Briefly he considers whether the strange orange jacket and device around his neck have given him the ability to heal strange diseases of the hand.
Another question though, wanders into his mind.
"Why are you wearing red?"
no subject
"Cause I'm Will Scarlett."
Its logical and true even though it sounds weird and things aren't supposed to hurt this much, he misses Molly.

No link is being made as to the relationship between Will's name and the particular colour he is wearing in Guy's head.
The only colour that has any sway over his thought pattern right now is green.
And oh, there goes another glass.
no subject
The green in the glass is good and lovely though bright too.
no subject
He's still mildly boggling about it, more so than his own getup.
"In a green forest."
Guy's head lolls forward for a second, then snaps up. He did not just micronap. Not at all.
no subject
Drink makes it easier to complain and its a good drink, not quite a proper green and Guy looked not well. So when his head drops, Will pokes him,
"Dinna die, Marian'll get angry at me."
no subject
He wonders at that briefly. Perhaps she would, after her friendliness while the Saracen was a prisoner.
But then Marian's moods were as changeable as the moon.
"'m not dying. Just...resting."
no subject
Will would agree with that sentiment, Marian's nice but confusing and her Nottingham is strange.

And it's late. And it looks like the second bottle has only a small drop left in the bottom now. And he's tired.
Time for bed perhaps?
Guy stands, almost lurches forward but catches himself in time so that he only sways a little.
He offers Will a
