Somebody was in the bar yesterday without getting transformed. Somebody thought he'd managed to avoid the fun.

Silly man.

"... I suppose this is my own fault, then."

How the hell did he move in this thing?

"Lucky bastard," says the seven-foot-tall highly unpleasant-looking robot who's finally opted to come out from under the table. "You've probably still got biology under there."

"As far as I can tell, yes."

He sizes up the other robotic life-form.

"I take it that's not your normal body either?"

"Nope," says the robot- who, as far as any scanners can tell, is completely robotic through and through. "Normally I'm human. And I don't sound like the last voice the planet will ever hear."

"My partner actually suggested this. I'm sure someone thinks it's hilarious."

"Huh. I wonder if someone mentioned Megatron where the landlord could hear..." The robot shakes its head. "Have we met? I'm actually Ray Stantz."

"I don't think so. Nicholas Angel."

"Pleased to meet you," says Raygatron. "Man. I sort of wish I was actually working tonight, like I've been the past three Halloweens."

"What is it you do?"

Nicholas is sorely lacking in pop culture knowledge.

"Paranormal investigation and elimination for the city of New York and surrounding counties," says Raygatron. "If it bumps in the night, we bump back."

If Nicholas were still capable of facial expressions, this (http://userpic.livejournal.com/66628115/12697739) is the one he'd be using.

"Oh?"

Danny's jaw drops to the floor.

"Oh. My. God."

He waves sheepishly.

OR as sheepishly as is possible when half your face is hidden.

The faint clicks and whirrs in the robotic mechanisms when he moves his arm and waves almost make Danny clap his hands with childlike glee. He comes closer and tries to peer under his helmet.

"Ohmygod. Is that really you in there, Nick? This's a-maaaay-zing!"

Even he has to admit, it's a pretty cool noise.

"Yes, Danny, it's me."

"Turn around! Do a 360!"

He steps back to take in the entire shiny metal suit. He could swear it was accurate down to the last bolt.

Ever seen a cyborg pout?

"This is all your fault, you know."

Danny grins and gives him a knock on his metal chestplate. "Aw, c'mon! If it is my fault, then I'm glad, cos you look awesome."

"It's heavy."

He's aware that he sounds childish right now, but for once, he doesn't much care.

Danny smirks and shakes his head.

"You're a robot. Deal with it."
