Ramon's had a lot on his mind lately, not that he'll probably admit it. It does explain the rather distant look on his face though, as he toys with a tequila in his booth.

Distractions may or may not be welcome, depending on what he thinks of you. But that shouldn't be a deterrent to anyone wanting to talk to him.

Ramon's willing to bet that some or all of the princes - and the king - would take steps to take care of him should he ever wander in.

'He just seems like the type of guy who would resent any place he couldn't go.'

He shrugs it off. Talking about Ruin always sets his teeth on edge but it's better than exploring the inner workings of his psyche as it relates to Random.

"Places he can't go don't bother him much as long as there are places he can. It's confinement that gets to him."

And because picking his brain his only going to piss them both off, and she's not sure how she feels about discussing her husband, she borrows the bottle for another sip then asks,

"How's business?"

He shrugs.

'Good. Almost too good. Texorami isn't as sophisticated as Earth so it was pretty easy to take over, especially after you topped the police chief. No one's stepped out of line since then.'

He misses the fight. It would be fun if some other group rose to attempt a challenge to him but it doesn't look like happening any time soon. It's almost getting boring.

It sounds almost boring.

"Huh. Want me to start a drug war for Christmas?"

She's only half kidding. After all, what do you get the man who has damn near everything?

He grins in spite of his dour mood.

'Would you mind? It'll entertain me for a couple of months at least.'

He's only half kidding. Going unchallenged is not something he's used to and the inactivity is getting on his nerves. So much so that he's contemplating something a little more drastic...it'd crossed his mind to sound her out on it actually but he's still a little pissed. So he just swirls his tequila contemplatively and mulls over whether or not to bring it up.

She leans back in her seat, smiling.

"I'll see what I can do."

Kidding, still. Mostly.

'You'll be dong me a great service,' he deadpans, while fervently hoping that she will. But he decides that now isn't the time for schemes and so, stands up and pushes the remains of the bottle of tequila towards her.

'I gotta go, Random thought he could get back tonight. I'll see you again.'

She nods.

"You bet. Tell Random 'hi' for me."
