Atton is outside, training.

He has a dozen or so floating targets, like dartboards, zipping around him very quickly and firing stun bolts down at him from tiny holes at the sides. It's very obvious that he cobbled them together from various machines.

He's blindfolded, and he's alternating between throwing knives at them with one hand and shooting them with another, while dodging the stun bolts. Judging by the bright, chirpy green flashes and the heavy blaster scoring and multiple knife marks on and immediately around the bullseye, he's doing quite well.

He may be grinning from ear to ear, because it's reassuring to know that he's not helpless without the Force.

Guppy... deflates. That's him told.

"Sorry for being so boring." he says in a slightly tight voice.

"Pfft, you're not boring." Atton grins, moving over to sling an arm around Guppy.

He looks only slightly mollified.

"I don't think it was the most picky of requests, as a brother and a medical man of this establishments, to ask you not to throw knives around and shoot things without looking."

"I was listening, Guppy."

"What was all that anger and 'you're treating me like a child' thing for then?"

"No, no, I meant I was listening rather than seeing. I knew exactly where everything around me was."

"It's physically impossible for the human ears to narrow down a sound direction more than to the nearest one to two degrees. At the distance you were throwing at, that's a big margin for error, and your targets were moving."

Atton gestures at the targets.
"I seemed t'be doing just fine, really."

"But you could just have been lucky."

Atton gives Guppy a Look.
"'S a lot of luck. Wish I had thatmuch luck in card games."

"I can't believe you won't even accept that it's dangerous."

At times, Guppy despairs.

"Because it's not. The only person that might get harmed are people who come into the circle of targets or me."

"Like a child running into the circle."

Guppy shrugs and looks away. "What's the point, you just think I'm being... anal. Forget I bothered trying."

"Okay, point. But I'll hear them. I can stop the targets at any time."

Small smile. "So long as you understand the point, that's a good start."

"My understanding is super-good. Want to go get a meal?"
