The Bar is up by two intensely happy patrons: Roger and Pongo.
It's been a few weeks for them, but just a few days in Bar.
Anyone even remotely close to them will be able to feel the lovestruck vibes, and it sort of helps that Roger is singing a love song in an awfully dream-like state, and neither are walking in straight lines at all. They move with the sort of floaty grace that comes with cartoon characters being in love.
Both are also completely, soaking wet, and, in Roger's case, quite disheveled.
Neither even seem to notice that they're no longer in London, and neither particularly cares.
They really want to gush. Bother them, please.
[ ooc; My power cable's 'sploded. Be back tomorrow, hopefully! Tags open for as long as need be, because these pups really need some squee time. ]

Miniver would not object to Roger losing his pants, but that is neither here nor there..."Good. Really, Roger, that's wonderful. So... should I ask why you two look like you just went for a dunk in the Hudson? No wait, London, that's the Thames, right?"
He keeps rubbing Pongo dry. Katie probably appreciates the opportunity to help. Also, she's terribly cute.

Roger remains blissfully unaware of the narration."Well, that has to do with the meeting," he says, a little sheepishly. "And it was just a pond. Pongo saw Anita and Perdita first, and chose to drag me in their direction. Once he reached them he got it into his head to use his leash to bind Anita and I's legs together, and, as balance is sort of impossible to maintain in those sorts of situations, we managed to fall into said pond."
Pongo's trying not to giggle at Kate.
That would ruin his manly image.
Not really.

Lucky for Roger, Miniver is no longer in the market for blonde Brits.Kate is easy to giggle at. She's small and wrinkly and wiggles a lot.
Miniver laughs. "I've met people in ways just as strange. I think I might have been ON the lake when I met Draco. Well. The second time. The first time I didn't even learn his name. But... Oh, Moon's wolves pushed me out on the lake once, kind of. Never been pushed INTO the lake, though. I think you win for wettest introduction I've heard of." He grins at Roger, playing with Pongo's ears. He's about dried off the dog as much as he figures he can. "I take it your world's not in winter just now?"

"Beginning of spring."
Pongo whuffles contentedly, sticking his tongue out at Kate.

"Not too cold, then. That's good. It's even getting cold in LA."

"No, not cold enough that I'd be worried about catching cold. What month is it for you?"
