Happy Hour
Indy is on duty behind the bar tonight. It's a typically no frills appearance, but all things considered, he appears to be in good spirits. After a quick stock check and a wipe down of the counter, he chalks the following loosely-themed offerings onto the board:
He then arms himself with a strong and heavily spiked cup of coffee (in case the youthful turtle boys show up again), and prepares to take some orders.
"It's Happy Hour, folks. What'll it be?"

"Funerals, weddings, that sort of thing. I don't chase down celebrities." Sally purses her lips briefly. "The plan is to start my own small studio someday. That's my passion."

"I can probably get you the gig if you want it... and if you can commit yourself to being around then."

But then the woman thinks about it. Going home right now will bring up memories of Kathy, especially in the form of her brother, that Sally isn't sure she can deal with coherently.
And, really, that's what decides her. "I'd have to talk to the client myself, might not be exactly what she's looking for. But, yes. I could commit."

"I've taken a catering order from one of the brides. Her name's Willow Rosenberg. She's the living half, and she was the one who mentioned needing a photographer, so I guess that'd make her the client."
"Leave her a note offering your services, maybe? With some kind of portfolio. She seems pretty computer savvy, so digital format will probably be okay if that's what you work with." For a guy from the late 1930s, Indy is surprisingly familiar with twenty-first century technologies. It comes from three and half years of life in Milliways.
"You can then arrange a meeting if she's interested."

"You wouldn't happen to know if..." Her head tilts, thinking, as the words trail away. Sally takes another sip of toddy after setting the pen down. "I'll need access to a computer and a printer. And," she takes a deep breath, "if I'm going to stay here over the next month, I think I might need to start a tab."

He pauses for consideration.
"That being said, I'm pretty sure Willow has a laptop from the way she was talking. She might be able to accept sample photos via one of those little flash drive things."
"As for a tab..." He looks up to the board above the bar, where Sally's name can be found amongst hundreds of others. Her entry shows a zero balance. "You're already up there. Every visitor gets a tab, no questions asked. You just haven't tapped into it yet."

" 's brilliant," the photog mumbers, mostly to herself, before trying to set her mind back on the subject of a job. "It will probably take me a few days to write out a decent proposal."
Beat.
"Thank you, Doc-- Indy."

"You're welcome. Happy to help out."
