The mun was not going to post Boo in this weekend. She was going to take some time to finish slowtimes and work on small plotty things. However, the mun forgot that she had IDEAS. She also forgot that she, too, is helpless against the cuteness that is Boo. And SO, here we are.

Boo is outside her blanket fort. She appears to be All Better! from last week's being sick thing. She's hopping around and singing. On top of her blanket fort there is a half eaten plate of cake and a pink Hello Kitty! sippy filled with lukewarm hot chocolate.
Boo has definitely been affected by the people she's met here.

It should be noted what Boo is wearing! She has on a white t-shirt with a large, red " Hello, My Name Is " logo on it. And in the name portion of the logo "Boo!" appears to be handwritten on it. (except it's not hand written; it's printed on there like the rest) On the rest of the shirt there are smaller and different colored "Hello, My Name Is" logos, with all of the names she's called on them. "Boo!" is there a few more times, "Grace" and "Gracie" are on there at least two times each, "Half Pint," "Squirt" "Zow" "Mike" and "Mike Wizowski" are also featured prominently. There is also "Little Bit", "Little One" "Cutie" and possibly several others that the mun has forgotten.

She also has on black jean shorts and white bunny house shoes that JINGLES WHEN SHE MOVES HER FEET. This might explain why she's dancing around. SHE LOVES HER NEW SHOES!

It's unclear where Boo got all these items, or how they got onto her person. But she has them on and she LOVES THEM and thus it's all happy making in the end.

Cue an encouraging nod from Kate as she spots Boo's boggling.

"See? Fred likes fish food."

A beat as she grins down at Boo.

"But remember, it's just for fish, Gracie-Boo."

Kate does not even need to worry about that. That is up there with coffee on the list of things to Never Try Again.

Boo cannot tear her eyes off of the strange sight of Fred EATING the fish food.

This is obviously because he does not know what he's missing.

She might be conspiring to let Fred taste a Bill milkshake now.

Oblivious to Boo's ~~diabolical plotting~~ line of thought, Kate gives her a bright smile.

"What about you, sweetheart? Are you hungry? We can head downstairs again if you want."

Boo's face lights up!

She grabs Kate's hand and starts dragging her toward the door. DOWNSTAIRS FOR BILL MILKSHAKES FOR FRED MUST BE HAD NOW!

QUICKLY! BEFORE HE STARVES OR REVOLTS!

And, once again, Kate allows herself to be dragged to the door.

Through the door.

Down the stairs.

And to Bar.

She helps Boo onto a stool and settles on the one beside her, and gives Boo an expectant 'What'll it be?' look.

"BILL ME'SHAK!" Her enthusiasm is force to be Reckoned With.

She didn't mention Fred Fish, but Bar being the lovely bar that she is, Knew and so a Bill sippy arrives, along with a small Bill bowl - both filled with strawberry milkshake which may or may not also have sparkles and sprinkles in them.

Boo beams at Bar and strokes her lovingly like one would pet a dog.
"T'k you!"

She bounces and sips on the sippy cup for just a moment before reaching out for Kate's hand again.

Guess where she's headed?

The Bill = Hello Kitty / Hello Kitty = Bill equation?

Still hilarious.

Though Kate is a little confused by the bowl of milkshake.

"Thank you for being so polite to Bar," Kate tells Boo as she takes her hand.

"But what are we doing with that?"

Her eyes move from Boo to the bowl, then back to Boo.

Boo looks innocent! She sticks a finger into the bowl and licks her milkshaky finger.

For eating, of course! Why else would Bar have given it to her?

INNOCENT EYES.

"Oh, okay," Kate concedes to ~~Sneaky McSneakerson~~ Boo.

Before they head upstairs, she requests a spoon from Bar and places it in the bowl. All the better to help Boo eat the milkshake.

Because it's all about Boo eating the milkshake, right?

Boo goes up the stairs in an unhurried manner, showing no interest until Kate actually opens the door to her room. Then she ruuuuns over to the desk, climbs on top of the chair and presses her face against the glass.

After a few seconds (and a glance at Kate) she eats a bit more of her Bill!shake.

It's totally all about the eating of the milkshake. Kate just doesn't realize the issue is who, exactly, in Boo's mind, should be eating the milkshake.

So she takes a seat on the edge of the bed, watching Boo watch Fred with a bemused expression.

Boo looks all sorts of innocent. Just a girl watching her fishie.

do dee dum

Nothing interesting here, noooosireee.

La la laaaaa...

Then in a sudden rush of movement Boo dumps the Bill!shake into the top of the tank.

"F'ED ISS NO ICKY B'FAS!"

SWIM, FRED FISH, SWIM! ENJOY THE YUMMY FOOD BEFORE THE SILLY GROWNUP FEELS COMPELLED TO DO SOMETHING SILLY!

Kate's mouth drops.

"Oh, Boo — "

She rushes over, just in time to accomplish absolutely nothing. Except take the empty bowl from Boo's sticky hand and watch helplessly as the pink shake suffuses into Fred's tank.

At least it's not an oil spill.

Boo seems pleased with herself.

She points to the tank.

"F'ed iss no icky b'fas." She nods at Kate.

The sparkles in the milkshake make the water shimmer, and Fred comes out of his house to investigate this strange occurrence.

He tests a sprinkle carefully.

Watching the pink mess cloud the water, Kate starts to panic.

That's bad, right? Oh god, what if this kills him?

She swallows hard.

"Sweetie, I think we should run downstairs for a second."

They'll need a Fred-sized net and a small, temporary fishbowl filled with fresh water.

Boo looks away from Fred's tank with an air of disapproval. She frowns at Kate and then points back to Fred.

"F'ed iss b'fas."

He surely likes this better than that icky food.

"I know you just wanted to feed him, sweetie, but he needs fresh water — he can't swim in milkshake."

Kate holds out her arms.

"Want to help me get him some more water downstairs?"

Boo is insistent!

"F'ed iss b'fas!"

Pointing. Obviously Kate does Not Understand.

Fred has spit out the sprinkle and is now lurking on the bottom of the tank, avoiding the dangerous stuff.

"I see, Boo, but he can't stay in that water for too long. If it's not clear, it might make him feel bad."

Kate's keeping her voice calm and even, but she's inwardly gone into panic mode; if Fred dies, she's sure Boo will be inconsolable.

No Boo approval stamp.

She turns back to Fred, looking at him close.

"F'ed iss ick?"

"Not yet," Kate answers, bending to peer into the tank. "But he might get sick if we don't give him some fresh water."

Boo starts to cry.

"F'ed iss NO ICK!"

Being sick is ICKY and feels bad and and.. she doesn't want Fred to get sick like that!

Kate mentally facepalms and picks up Boo, rubbing her back.

"He's fine right now, sweetheart," she assures her. "But we should probably help him before he starts to feel bad, okay? He just needs to swim in clean water."

Or, at least, Kate's hoping that's all he needs.

Boo raises her head from Kate's shoulder and points to the door. "DOE BAR F'ED ISS NO ICK! ME'SONE F'ED ISS!"

Well, Kate understood most of that.

So she nods in agreement and takes them downstairs, where she requests the Fred!net and a small fishbowl filled with fresh water from Bar.

Kate looks down and gives Boo a quick, (hopefully) reassuring smile.

"I'll get this," she says, putting one hand on the bowl. "Want to carry the net?"
