Entrance Post: A Long Time Coming

Sky wanders into the bar, once he notices where he is he pauses for a moment and then sighs. "Not this again..." He says to himself. He hasn't been to the bar in a long while and maybe he was getting used to it. Who knows other than Sky himself. He heads over to Bar and smiles a moment. "Can I get a coffee?" As it appears before him, he bites his lower lip and takes a look around. He thinks and then turns back to the bar.

This'll be interesting... He thought.

And Lamia's sitting nearby, with a daiquiri, waiting for things to happen.

And with a Kitsune on his leg, Lamia gets her wish.

He tries to smile but fails miserably.

Lamia tilts her head. "Is something wrong?"

Sky just looks at her as if saying You've got to be kidding me? but instead says,

"I guess foxes attack your shoelaces on a regular basis?"

She makes a D'AWW face, common in women all across the universe, and scratches its ears.

"No, but this one's so adorable. You'd be inhuman not to appreciate that."

She looks up, and smiles.

Sky facepalms at that.

"A little warning might have been appreciated though."

"Well, I'm sure she'll ask you permission next time."

She sips her drink.

"I would hope so."

Sky helps himself to some more coffee.

"What's your name?"

"Lamia," she says, offering a hand. "And yours?"

"Sky Tate." He shakes the offered hand. Being a little more gentle than usual. "You come around here often?"

"Not on purpose," she says, with a quick roll of the eyes. "But you do meet all sorts here, so I suppose it's for the best."
