The strange man who gave him a card has stayed with Tumnus and so he's sitting at a table near the door, watching it and wondering.

And nooooww there is a little boy nearby, just staring.

Tumnus turns to him and smiles,

"Would you like to join me for tea?"

Um.

Little boy takes a few cautious steps forward.

"I'm Tumnus and I won't hurt you."

He offers a hand as he did with Lucy.

Yeah he's not walking forward anymore.

It's not that he's scared, he's just -- that name.

"What's wrong?"

He shakes his head quickly. "Nothing," he says just as quickly. A good reader of human nature would tell right away that he's lying.

Tumnus is not good at reading humans, he just know that the boy seems scared,

"I won't hurt you and the food is good just some toast with marmalade. There's even tea."

Yes, there's toast, and marmalade, and even tea, but he's Mr. Tumnus, and to a boy of eleven that's a huge deal.

Still.

He takes just a few more cautious steps forward, until he's standing by Mr. Tumnus' table.

And of course Daniel is walking through the bar in this outfit, when he noticed the Faun.

"Hello," he said.

[friend_of_lucy]

"Oh hello."

[diehard_daniel]

"Wow," he said not able to contain his awe, "You're a Faun. I've read about you guys, but... wow! I'm Daniel Jackson, Dr. Daniel Jackson."

He put his hand out in greeting.

[friend_of_lucy]

"Um yes, I am. Its nice to meet you. I'm Tumnus."

Tumnus looks at the hand and then shakes.

Well, it's good that he isn't drinking anything. He is also not going to tell Tumnus about any books he's read, with the Faun in it.

"Pleased to meet you," he said, "How are you finding Milliways?"

"Its a strange place."

[diehard_daniel]

Daniel laughed.

"Yeah, it is, isn't it," he said, "What do you find the strangest?"

"All the Men."

Ingress visibly cheers up when she sees the faun. She knows what they are, of course. This is why she loves Milliways. It's all the interesting people she meets, and the fact that everyone is a little different and no one really cares.

"Hi," she says, with a little wave.

She looks like a little naiad so he beams at her,

"Hello, will you join me for tea?"

"I should like that very much," she says, sitting down to join him. "I'm Ingress."

"I'm Tumnus and its very nice to meet you."

He pours her some tea and pushes the various pastries over.

"Tumnus is a nice name to say," she says, taking a biscuit. "I haven't seen you before. You must have come while I was gone on holiday. You're a faun, right?"

"Yes, from Narnia and I'm still quite new to Milli Ways."

She takes another biscuit. Biscuits here are way better than in Valdemar.

"I knew some people from Narnia. They used to live in my house."

"Who do you know?"

He likes the biscuits too.
