It's been more than a week since Matrix and AndrAIa left the system. Dot's rage has abated somewhat, but Bob's hoping he can be somewhere else when the prodigal sprites decide to come home. It's not gonna be pretty.

In the meantime, it's been a slow cycle on the Game-and-Tear front, so Bob's taking some time off in Milliways. If you want to talk to him, look for the blue-skinned man in red boardshorts taking a swim in the lake out back.

Well, here's his brother-in-law (small form) taking the air. "Hi, Bob!" he calls. "Is Sis still being scary?"

In other words, do I need to keep avoiding her as well?

Bob slows to a stop, treading water as he turns toward the source of the call.

"She's better than she was a few cycles ago."

"Phew." Coming to sit by the edge of the lake, he pulls off his boots and socks and trails his feet in the water. "Why d'you think they didn't tell anyone they were going?"

Not that he wouldn't do the same, but that's 'cause the Authority Figures would try to stop him. Surely adults don't have to be so evasive. Right? Right?

"Probably because Dot would try to plan their vacation for them," says Bob with a smirk.

Enzo laughs and kicks a splash of water in Bob's direction, though he's nowhere near enough for it to reach. "She wouldn't've planned for them to catch pigs!" Yes, he received an e-card too.

"And your point is...?"

Good question. "...we wouldn't've got as funny cards?"

"Which makes it a good thing that they went off on their own," says Bob, sending a splash of water in Enzo's general direction.

"Totally," Enzo agrees, kicking water back. "Think they'll bring us anything?"

Another, somewhat larger splash. "Dunno, do you think they'll let you keep a pig in the dorms?"

Enzo laughs, which just increases the kicking. "DOStin would short-circuit!" His expression becomes one of Base Cunning. "Hey, maybe I should..."

Yes! Destroy the mod with his own stuffiness!

"Hey, now, are you sure you want to be responsible for giving your mod a general protection fault?"

Enzo really shouldn't have to consider the question... but this is DOStin we're talking about.

"Yes, sir," says Enzo in a mock-sulky tone. "I mean, no, sir. Wait, I mean..."

"I know what you mean," laughs Bob, splashing him again. "Just try not to harass him too much?"

Enzo grins. "Yes, sir."

'Too much' is so nebulously defined, after all.
