The Russian astronaut comes down stairs, as is normal, and orders breakfast and coffee, as is also normal. What isn't normal is the newspaper that appears alongside. She blinks, glances at it, and then stops.
Slowly, she rereads the headline.
It takes a moment to sink in; when it does, Esfir turns white.
She breathes in, breathes out, and orders things in faltering Russian. When the stack of newspapers come into view, she picks them up and walks very, very slowly back to her room with her expression completely blank.
tiny!tag: the russian astronaut
[ooc: and she's not around for tags at the moment, but should be around later]
