The Night of the Neglected Pups

A clear night can, in fact, be seen over the shoulder of the sheikh who wanders into the bar today. He is wearing rich looking silks of amber and green hues and he stops dead in his tracks before giving a chuckle.

"Lady Bar, it has been some time hasn't it?" he says with an american accent and wanders to the fire to order a cigar and a brandy from a wait-rat. If one were to look closely, one would have to question the authenticity of this Sheikh's dress and the fellows features seem a tad more European than Arabic.

Of equal note, is the fellow sitting near him eating a large banana split while he watches the window in bemused fascination. The Emperor Norton has been absent from the bar for too long but today he has returned!

He is wearing his trademark beaver hat and today he carries his umbrella instead of sword; it has been raining back home you see.
