Harvey's been trying his door (it still opens to the same closet) for the better part of half an hour now and it's not working. Okay. Fine.

Getting pen and paper he scribbles a quick- Note that he asks the Bar to give to security or "Whoever's in charge at your earliest convience."

He is rewarded with a coke, a burger, and a notebook complete with pen.

Once upon a time when he fancied himself the next Vincent Bugliosi, Robert Jackson, and Gerry Spencer all rolled into one he was big about keeping his closing notes.

This isn't particularly for fun. He's been here for the better part of a half an hour now since he wrote his note to security writing what should have been the closing arguments for his case against Maroni.

Demeter is still in the Bar and more restrained than her normal self. Harvey makes her pause, he looks rather like some of the older Greek heroes,

"What are you working on?"

Ironic that. Definately Ironic.

He leans back in his chair-utterly focused and seemingly (seemingly!) ignoring the speaker, "...My Closing Arguments"

He's argued one hundred at three cases, this would have been 104 for the win

"Who are you prosecuting?"

That's a good question.

Harvey swallows, setting pen and paper aside, "...It's more like who I want to prosecute. Prepping for the fish that got away you know?" He allows himself a sad smile then-

And to the criminals of gotham I say YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!

"I made a promise to the people of Gotham City and I sort of dropped the ball here."

That makes her laugh a bit,

"You sound a bit like Diogenes, always planning a fight against someone."

The laughter makes him blink. He smiles, puzzled, "...Home-Grown Hero Harvey Dent always looking for a fight."

It's not a boast, he sounds sad when he says it, "...Who's Diogenes?"

"World's first cynic though perhaps you're more like Demosthenes."

Harvey is interested, "...I was more into the artillery and Law in Rome. Who was he? A King? Somebody famous?"

Ego. Thy name is Dent.

Also Stupidity. Occasionally.

Demeter giggles,

"Demosthenes was a politician in Athens and yes he was one of the finest orators of his time."

"...Greek." He chuckles, "That was the Fraternity-guys department. I studied Rome."

He offers a hand, "Always nice to meet a fellow Scholar. Harvey Dent."

Her hand is rather calloused as she grins at him,

"Oh I'm not a scholar just a goddess. I'm Demeter."
