William woke up sweating and then realized he wasn't home and Bill was beside him not Mark. As Bill was still sleeping, he got up and pulled on his pants, trying to keep his suspenders quiet and grabbing his boots before heading downstairs.

He just needs to stop thinking about Mark coughing blood and gunfire and then he'll be able to sleep.

By the time he's downstairs, he realizes he left his book upstairs so asks Bar for some hot cocoa and goes to sit near the fire. Once Bill goes home, he'll go back and see Mark getting better and everything will be fine.

The newest member of Shepard's crew has given her a lot to think about - not least how to establish some basic level of trust between him (or it, or them - it's complicated) and the rest of the crew. She's also wondering if she can pass on what she's learned to the Alliance, and whether they'll believe it if she does.

She's doing her mulling over a pot of mint tea at a table by the Window. It may help her if she can do her thinking out loud with the cooperation of someone else.

Mel Fray / in the rafters

Mel is dangling from the underside of one of the rafters, holding a knife between her teeth. Which she occasionally takes out, to rub at the wood, during which time she jams a steel wire sponge into her pocket.

If you happen to be close, you might hear her muttering.

"When was the last time anyone tried to clean this, goddamn dried on... is that pudding?"

After trying Atlantean Moist is in a comfortable chair by the fire with some lemonade.

The world feels fuzzy and he's not sure if he's floating but so far he has no complaints though he does worry about his legs. They keep not being there the way they're supposed to be.

Tomorrow his hangover will be epic and he's going to regret most of what he said but that comes much later.
