John had completely forgotten about a sort-of promise to someone in the Bar, in the wake of all the craziness of the past week. However, today he remembers, and so leaves a note for Xaldin with the Bar.
Dear Xaldin, of the Organization XIII,
It's recently come to my knowledge that you and your Organization lack hearts, and are surviving on the edge of the universe. We had met at Happy Hour once, but due to the interference my power has with your existence, I think it would be best if we did not communicate face-to-face. I would not risk your existence; instead, I am wondering if there is anything I can do to aid it. I am an acquaintance of both Teja and Billy Kaplan, and both have told me of the struggle it will be to aid you all in obtaining hearts. I know that I have an immense amount of power, most of it untapped by myself due to lack of training, but I would hope that I could assist whoever else is aiding you in your goal. Namely, those persons could theoretically siphon my power to augment their own.
I wish you the best of luck, and will think of you constantly, to make up for my previous indiscretion.

The members of the Organisation who are still lacking hearts or methods to gain them number four. Lexaeus, V of XIII, and Zexion, VI of XIII, are the two most likely to be able to make use of your power as both are metaphysicists. Xigbar, II of XIII, is the most experience of our metaphysicists, but considering the events of the Happy Hour in which we met it would be politic to contact him via note before approaching.
Lexaeus is the largest of us, human in appearance. Zexion is the youngest of us. Neither of them are likely to be overwhelmed by you as they are not synesthete.

If I send a note to your second-in-command, will it then be able to be disseminated to the rest of those who need it? Or would you prefer letters to each?
I will watch for those you mentioned in the Bar regardless.
