You take them to the "park."
Or, you know, a interdimensional bar that has a nice big outdoor area to run around in.
So, if you're out in the Milliways sunlight, today, you may find a Sunshine and a rambunctious three-year old boy in the garden where it can be helpful to play in the dirt (and find strawberries!), splashing around in the lake shallows, or at the Scout hut playground.
