The smoothie tastes very good, whether it is strawberry-banana or pineapple-apple. And that hint of Bart-taste in there just adds to it.

She grins and takes a step back, licking her lips. Best to keep him in confusion a few moments more.

He looks so cute when he's confused. It makes Jenny smile rather warmly as she looks at him.

Spoon's words float in her mind again. About the world being grey and muted when his wife isn't around. The more time she spends around Bart, the more she realises he has a point.

Jenny attempts another small lick and then steps away, smacking her lips and savouring the taste.

"Banana, I think. Definitely banana. And that honey-taste of you and... hmm. Strawberry?"

"Is that all?"

"I've gotten eaten by a carnivourous snowball while here..." Tyler replies, handing over some of the towels. He can sympatheize with getting covered in ick. ...Or food, depending what time of the year it is.

"So a smoothie monster might not be that far off from happening."

"It's not so bad... the rest of the time this place is pretty normal, compared to home." Tyler shrugs, smiling wryly.

Tyler does not so much like this part of the introductions. "It's...kind of embarassing. ...and long."

"That stuff is gonna stick in your hair if you don't wash it out really good by the way."

Hey, Bart's totally gets not really wanting to get into pasts and stuff.

"Yeah, thanks."

(Hopefully it doesn't stick on crutches, too, because that'd suck.)

"I'm Jay."

"Tyler." A hand is offered out for polite shaking. "I know a shampoo that's good for getting that stuff out. You aren't allergic to peppermint, are you?"

And it's accepted, albeit a bit smoothiely. He can't be expected to get everything out, after all.

"Not that I know of."

"Cool, I'll ask Bar for a bottle."

The smoothie-gunk covered hand is wiped off on his shirt.

What. The kid is ten years old. It's only a few seconds before he returns with something in a thick plastic bottle, and looking the consistency of green treacle.

"Ray uses this stuff all the time to get out ectoplasm, so it oughta get out smoothie stuff no problem."

He eyes the bottle a tad bit dubiously, but accepts it nonetheless. After all, he can figure out something to test it in case this is some kind of practical joke, right?

"He get ectoplasm in his hair a lot?"

That could explain a lot about the kid's idea of normal.
