Bikini? Towel? Rock by the lake? Check. Check. Check.
Wereleopard laying out on her rock in the sun, eyes closed but ever aware of her surroundings. Tanning, enjoying the sun, being a lazy or...you know the cat she is. She's taking advantage of the sun before it sets, though odds are she'll be here a little while after it sets until the warmth fades from the rock she's laying on. The toes of one foot are trailing lazily in the water, making it clear at least that she is very much not asleep.
And being not asleep means she'd always welcome company.

"Elizabeth," she says when she nears. "I need to speak with you."

She swings her leg with enough momentum so that she slides gracefully into sitting facing Anita's approach, one leg bent the other folded under her. "Yes, Nimir-Ra?"

Her tone says she knows exactly what Anita would be referring to. And that she's not exactly happy with it.

She's not going to hedge around the topic.
"During a discussion with Damian earlier, I realized, perhaps, I was being unreasonable."

"You mean the asking him to be an independent adult and then chaining a chaperon to him when he tries? After people have told you he's fine?"
no subject
"He hasn't exactly shown the best judgment," she snaps. "That mess in Narcissus In Chains is proof enough of that."

Anita sighs, turning her face towards the lake.
"If Nathaniel is hurt, and I could have stopped it," she says tightly, her gaze returning to Elizabeth. "That's not something I want to deal with. He's my responsibility, and I need to keep him safe."

She's not going to mention that until the Alphas got here, and even aside from that, the Pard/Pack here isn't all their world. It's different here. She's not changing that just because there are more from her world here and she doesn't think Jason will change and ignore those that have become Pack either.
"You don't have to deal with it." Didn't deal with the pieces after her ruling. "He has others that are more than willing to take that burden off your shoulders." Because that's, at least at times, how Elizabeth now sees that Anita sees Nathaniel. "But you have to trust that we'll have his best interests in mind and not micromanage everything."

And then drag the wereleopard out of whatever mess he manages to get himself into.

It's probably a good thing because he's still mostly Air. His scent is faded - like someone left the room fifteen minutes ago or so and their scent is lingering instead of present. Except that he just got there.
Conundrums are fun.

This person? Doesn't mind being ogled so long as you don't touch. Friends touching is fine, but strangers touching could lead to loss of limb, were...the stranger not mostly air...and that could get oddly complicated fast.
The cough has her eyes open and she may be glancing to and from looking for the source of the sound. As well as her nose flaring slightly to catch the scent of who it was that made the sound. Confused Liz is not always a happy Liz?

Elf is not the word that comes to mind. He's just something else. "I was just passing by and wanted to admire."

If he's ever seen a cat preen at attention, this would be very similar. With a loooooong stretch. Gotta make sure the muscles don't fall asleep on her...right?

"To be perfectly honest - yes. Like the Tea Ceremony each one is celebration of a moment that will never come again and should be admired in it's fullness. My name is Xaldin."
He settles cross-leg in the air with his long black 'leather' coat unzipping from the bottom enough that he can do so. He's got black trousers, knee-high black boots with a silver trim, and black gloves on. No skin shows from below the neckline.

"Even if I'm out here tomorrow in the same outfit and on the same rock?" Because she has to question. Curious as any cat at times. "I'm Elizabeth."
The sitting on air, gets idly eyed. A world of 'how' in her eyes though she doesn't actually ask at that moment.

he grins at the look in her eyes and says "Would you like to join me?" waving at the air next to him.

She shakes her head, as much as is able with it down against the rock, "Cat. Like my feet on the ground. Or in a tree." Beat. "But thanks."

he shakes it off "I haven't met many shape-shifters, is it something you enjoy?"
no subject
"I love it." She smiles softly. "The politics can sometimes be a headache, but I wouldn't trade being what I am now for being human again ever. It's freeing, I think, to be able to run through a forest on four legs and experience it the proper way."
