There is a teenager, in the bar, about fourteen of fifteen years old. He's sitting at one of the tables, holding a glass of water, pretending it actually means something. Pretending it could actually get him drunk off of his feet.
Well. Give the guy a small favour, anyway, considering he was just crushed to death outside the bar. [*] Now that been perfectly a little clenching to his ego, but he managed to work his way through the seemingly impermeable strike.
Kaworu is not surprised to be alive, but as he has awoken from seeming death in more macabre ways, he is just fine with this. He does have to wonder where the door is, though. He just can't seem to leave without finding a lake.
....anyone want to get the pretend drunk kid a washcloth to wipe the blood off his face?
[*] As this is the manga version of Kaworu, he will act somewhat looser and talk a lot more casually. Please keep that in mind. Thank you!

So.
There is just a very unhelpful quip: "Fun night?"
no subject
Or so it would seem, hmm?"Little bit. Head hurts some after all that."no subject
She offers him a smile. It isn't entirely kind. It's more amused than anything.
"What'd you do?"
no subject
"I dunno," he says, and offers her a smirk in kind. "You willing to share first?"
no subject
She shrugs.
"That all depends."
no subject
"Depends on what?" He gives up on pretending the water is something else. He pulls his off and gets part of it wet (woooo), before starting to wipe off his face.
"I've got some pains, please indulge me."
And oh, there is that smile.

She sits up a little straighter, picks up her shot glass of Atlantean, and downs it in one go. Oh, if her meatsuit had survived all of the things she puts it through, it would not be a pretty sight.
"Blood on the face, though. That could be something."

Let's make death a little fun, here.
no subject
'Cause as fun as guessing is, she's kind of over it.
"An hour ago, though." She whistles. "Sounds like you've got a fun world."

Crushed to death. Finding myself here seems to have fixed it, however."
Strange.
no subject
But crushed to death. That sounds fun - not.
"Lilim. What's that, exactly?"
no subject
Lilim - that is human."
no subject
Well, not here. And it's not really magic at all. More like, 'Hey, I'm a demon. I know this shit.'
"It's an interesting use of the word."
Very interesting to pair 'human' to 'lilim', indeed.

"What else would you call the progeny of Lilith?"
Kaworu does not doubt that this place is supernatural in some way, considering all the details. It is not the what, at this point. It's the how.

It's funny that his emergence after death chose to keep a head wound and nothing else. At least, hey, it's rather funny to Kaworu. Despite opinions otherwise, he knows how to be grateful, and offers a smile in thanks. Odd how he hadn't dealt with it before, though.
"I'm really not sure," he says. "I was dead, now I'm not."
But he doesn't have his angel core, either. He knows, he checked.
So what does that make him now?

She gestures vaguely towards his face, because it's occurred to her that he may have been in a fight and gotten spattered, rather than be bleeding.

In his hesitance, Shinji ha ealt with Kaworu's death rather slowly. That had felt nice, we assure you.
(OOC: And I apologize, butgetting dragged off again - but I'll be on for good this evening. Sorry about all this. Errands suck. ._.)

She offers the facecloth anyway.
"Welcome to Milliways, if this happens to be your first time here."
no subject
...
"I would think so, unless my last time was interesting enough to make me forget this place."
no subject
"I'm fine," he says, with that smile of his. "Just a little bump."
Hah!

Mashiro stands just inside arm's reach of the table, looking concerned but not panicked.
"Are you hurt?" he asks.
no subject
"I suppose my will more than anything else." Odd how he did not say ego, or confidence, or any of the other ways that statement usually goes. "I myself am fine."
Just caught between an explanation and some multi-layered loss.
