There is an assassin sitting calmly at the bar with a cup of coffee.
No, he is not wearing a shirt. Or any shoes.

If I said they were stolen away by the fairies, would you believe me?

Today he's fairly sure why his observer is curious.

He smiles to himself and takes a drink from his own cup. The atmosphere was turning out to be extra pleasant today.

Andres whispers something to the bar, and Havelock will find that when his drink is emptied it is immediately refilled. Conveniently, by whichever beverage he wishes at the time. He may also realize that it is not being added to his tab. How bizarre, it must be those bloody fairies again.

This time the nod, though as blank as before, is an acknowledgement of Vago's generosity.

He scribbles a note on a napkin and asks bar to pass it to the shirtless man.
Excusez-moi, ça ne vous embête pas que je vous observe une minute? Je veux me souvenir de votre visage pour mes rêves.
Yes he'd used the line earlier and gotten himself cursed at, but he didn't really have any intentions. Even if the request was a little creepy. *Still chuckling as the note vanishes, he stares at his drink, waiting for the hilarity to ensue.

He turns and raises an eyebrow in Vago's general direction.

Certainly not a certain Puck, who is dressed in suspiciously familiar and slightly-too-long black clothes. He walks to the bar, drops a kiss onto Havelock's shoulder, and unconcernedly keeps walking.
He'll be back.

"Do we want to know?"

"Good day."

"Good day, Havelock. You look like you've had an interesting one."

"Oh? More or less? You didn't seem to be the type of person to wander about in a state of undress."

"A fairy stole the rest of my clothing."
That apparently settles the point for him, and he takes a sip of coffee.
no subject
"That's a very typical fairy thing to do. Have you considered asking the bar for a shirt? It may save you a few more explanations. Not to mention some serious flirting from some of the more expressive patrons."
no subject
"Well, he's wearing my normal clothes. It seems a reasonable trade. And surprisingly few people have commented."

He sounds incredulous. A though occurs to him.
"And you actually succeeded? Well, I'll be damned."
no subject
"Evidently he did not mind the experience, as he chose to continue it today."
no subject
"I have a hunch that it's not the clothes he doesn't mind."
