The Pirate King has no idea about Mardi Gras, but the Pirate King is in a good mood since he just got to throw Frederic over the side and gets to drink sherry.

So he's humming and followed by just how glorious it is to be a Pirate King as he enters.

As he sees the various outfits, his smile grows to a smirk, perhaps he can find some other ways to celebrate for oh the women of Milliways are rather glorious themselves.

There's one such girl not far from the door, lounging in one of the armchairs in a dress that would have been practically scandalous had she come out of the same world the Pirate King just did.

As it is, she's fairly glad--if still faintly confused--that in hers, such things are completely normal. At least the clothes. the mask, however, she can deal with as long as it's off her face.

The Pirate King finds her dress rather attractive and sweeps towards her on his music,

"Hello, my dear."

He comes with music! This is something Ganymede has not heard before, and so when she looks up it's with a slightly bemused smile. It still suits.

"Hello. I do not believe we've met," she says, still surprised at how...feminine that voice sounds.

"No, but clearly we should. I am the Pirate King."

There is a grand crescendo of music as he announces himself.

She laughs a little at the crescendo when he gives his name, catching her lip between her teeth almost shyly. Ganymede has never had to experience being a woman.

"People from my world call me Kai," she says; it's not her given name, but she's thinking it would be fun to see who will recognize her and who won't. And it's not a total lie; that's the name on the identification she carries, though with a different picture.

"Kai, what a charming name. May I kiss you, Kai?"

There are exceedingly few people who would ask that way, but she doesn't see any harm in it, on either side.

"I suppose you may, yes," she says. "Assuming you do not mean to spirit me away somewhere."

"Not yet."

He leans forward and sweeps her into his arms for a glorious kiss, the Pirate King does nothing half way.

No, he does not, and Ganymede is mostly caught off-guard for that kind of kiss, but goes with it. she laughs when he does pull away, eyes bright and shining with laughter. It's a novelty she won't soon forget, to be kissed by strange men so.

"You kiss very well, sir," she says, amused.

"Of course I do. I am the Pirate King."

"And with that comes the ability to kiss? I hadn't heard of that," she says.

"No, it simply means that I'm glorious."

She only laughs, shaking her head slowly. It's distracting, having long hair.

"As are you, my dear. Would you care for another kiss?"

"I should find another man to kiss this time, should I not?"

"Why ever should you do that?"
