Herr Demoman is almost sober today. The Medic doesn't know what to think about that. All the man's responses and reactions on the battlefield are completely different when he hasn't got alcohol circulating in his system and it makes trying to keep track of him harder than he'd previously thought.
He's not sure he approves.
It's irrelevant at the moment, though, because what was supposed to be the mess hall at BLU field headquarters (an impressively large grain storage and transportation facility to any outside onlookers) turned out to be Milliways. He can live with that. It means breakfast in relative peace.
(One day Medic will learn not to think that about Milliways, but today is not that day.)

She pulls out her rememberizer, asking, "What day is it? The seventeenth of March? Seventeen days old."

They've managed more than they thought they would.
"Coffee helps and I'm infinitely glad that I can drink it again."
