"I would imagine so, and I also imagine it will be all right to work on that through her pregnancy, but don't let her forget that she needs breaks, too. And that's not just having to do with pregnancy, either; I'm speaking from my own experience as something of a workaholic."

"To be honest, I probably could have done with a bit more work during the last months. I went stir crazy taking my maternity leave so early."

"That's going to be difficult, getting her to relax," Gordon says. "She takes duty seriously."

"As do I," Mia says. "But we would be hard pressed to perform our duties if we neglect ourselves. I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up triggering some mood swings, as fatigue is a common symptom early on in pregnancy. It's frustrating when it feels like you can't do what you were able to do mere weeks before."
