"When I'm done with my shift," Gordon says. "I'd rather deal with it upstairs."

Safest place for it, really; no one from White Forest is here to overhear, and it's not going to be out in public, either.

"Alright." Alyx downs the last of the lemonade and leans across the bar to give him a quick kiss. "I'll meet you there."
