When Urquhart stepped into the bar today, he found himself change, and a brief look in a mirror confirmed the impression. He now has skin like cooling lava, enormous horns on his head, monstrous teeth and claws, and is not wearing exactly much.

Which probably does not count towards the Third Rule, because molten lava doesn't equal nudity. And it's not as if he's showing anything untoward. Urquhart hasn't even made sure what his private anatomy is like in this shape. It doesn't matter. It'll go away in a few days.

He seems to be some kind of Devil.-

So he leans in a dark corner near the fireplace, waiting for people to come by and find him scary. As this is Milliways, he's not counting on there being too many.


[[OOC: I know nothing about the character Urq is being, The Beast from 'Angel'; I probably saw four of five episodes of that show ever, tops. It just happens to be the same PB. Recognising the character is of course OK, but neither Urq nor I have much to say about him...]]

"I think its a proper prince's attire somewhere."

"How do they move in it?" Urquhart wonders.

"I don't know, it pinches a lot."

"It looks monstrously uncomfortable," Urquhart nods.

"It is. How about you? Do you feel hot?"

"No, not really," Urquhart says. "I just can't move my face much."

"I guess that's not too bad."

[scots_wolf]

"No, I can live without grinning, for a few days," Urquhart says.

"Yes, and you're still intimidating."

[scots_wolf]

"And much more so, on the outside," Urquhart says.

"Yes, its disconcerting."

[scots_wolf]

"But this is Milliways," Urquhart says. "Nobody is really scared very much. Not even the ones who are usually scared."

"I guess, but sometimes its hard to ignore your instincts,"

Sameth's been scared here a lot.

"And what do your instincts tell you that I am?" Urquhart asks.

"That you're Dead and that you're Urquhart."

[scots_wolf]

"That's both right, and nothing to do with these horns," Urquhart says.

"I know, the horns are just distracting."

[scots_wolf]

"You did startle quite nicely when you first saw them," Urquhart points out.

"They're unexpected and they make you look more dangerous."

[scots_wolf]

"I'm not that dangerous," Urquhart says. "As a rule I'm only as dangerous as people ask me to be."

"Not that dangerous isn't the same as not dangerous at all."

[scots_wolf]

"If I was not dangerous at all," Urquhart says, "I'd be in the wrong business. Who ever heard of a completely harmless professional killer?"

"True and it seems to suit you."

[scots_wolf]

"Being dangerous?" Urquhart says. "Yes. I'm sure I'd be both uninteresting and useless if I was completely harmless."

"If you didn't cultivate being dangerous than you would have done something else. I mean you weren't always an assassin?"
