Violet sees him and immediately dissappears. Whoops, that wasn't the plan. She forces herself to be visible again and walks over. Non-chalant. Breathe.
She sits down across from him. "Hey. How have you been?"
She looks at him, frowning a little as she studies his face. "What happened? I mean you don't have to tell me but I'm willing to listen if you need a friend."
Outside, not upstairs, think of Ophelia, but we broke up, so what does it matter, but you still love her, but I'm a sixteen year old boy, for Merlin's sake!
"Cool." She stands up, wondering why her palms were feeling all sweaty. "It's right up here..." She walks in front of him, head down, hair falling into her face. Oh God...boy in her room...oh God...
"Thanks." The room is purple, but not sickeningly so. There are two beds. "That's where Turtle sleeps. She must be outside running around kicking things or something. And that's my bed...um...are these gonna hurt me?"
She looks up at him worriedly, brushing a thick strand of dark hair away from her face.
"Yeah she's a little younger than me. She's 13 but she's cool. We decided to be roommates so we wouldn't be lonely. It's kinda like a giant sleepover."
She sounds like a total geek and she knows it. "I'm sorry for talking so much."
She nods, putting out her hand and forming a large glowing rectangle in front of her. "Alright, let's go." She wonders if he's impressed. She still finds his wand to be one of the coolest things she's see.
She stands, looking at him from the other side of the mostly transparent glowing field. She laughs, letting it retract. "That was cool. What was the spell supposed to do?"
She shrieks in a girly manner and then begins to laugh uncontrollably. "Make it stop!" She laughs, doubling over. She continues do do the girly laugh shriek thing.
She nods, still laughing a little. "It was like something invisible was tickling me." Her face is red and she's slightly out of breath. She sits down on the edge of her bed and giggles again.
No. Now she was sad because the hand was gone. She could feel it on her shoulder still as she stood up, tossing her head to get the hair out of her face. Soon the force field was back again. "Alright. I'm ready."
She can feel the waver and her hand goes a little fuzzy. "Hmmm...that's a little disconcerting..." She shakes her hand. "What were you trying to do that time?"
Oh God...oh God he was holding her hand...she feels herself start to dissappear and does so for a slip second before reappearing. "Sorry about that..." She's blushing, her eyes unable to meet his. Her breath might be moving a little faster too.
"No...I'm...I'm good..." Her eyes close for a moment as he touches her forehead. Oh God...the movement makes her blush more. She opens her eyes and looks at him. It's the kind of look a girl gives a guy she's got a huge crush on.
Once more she flickers out of vision but only for a few moments are her lips are still easily feelable. Oh God...he was kissing her...a guy...kissing...oh God. She doesn't know what to do as this hasn't exactly happened to her before. She stands there, dumb struck, but does purse her lips to return the kiss.
She opens her mouth but...nope, no words coming out there. She stares back up at him. He was over a foot taller than she was so it was quite a long way up she had to look. Nope, still no words possible.
She looks up, smiling. With her free hand she grabs her headband off the dresser. "A drink would be nice..." She slides the headband on, holding the hair out of her face.

"Still adjusting to being here. But it's not too bad really. I mean I've made friends and stuff..."
She wrinkles her nose for a moment. "If you decide you do want to talk you can. Just so you know."

"Would you want to try out blocking those curses? I could really use the distraction."

She looks down, realizing she's babbling and feeling like a ridiculous child.
"I talk to much sometimes."

And then it dawns on her that he's touching her. She feels herself melt.
"You didn't play fair." She notes, her voice slightly higher pitched than normal.

He takes her hand in his and gently tugs on it. "Come on. Let's go down and get something to drink."
