It has been awfully quiet on the Artifact front lately. Claudia is trying not to worry about that too much, but she can't shake this feeling that when something finally does happen, it's gonna be a doozy.
(So is it Pete's vibes or Artie's paranoia that's rubbing off?)
In an effort not to think about things too hard, she's claimed a table in the name of Legos and soda. At some point, she might get a sandwich to go with that.

At one point he notices Claudia, the legos are strange toys and finally gets up and walks over,
"What makes those blocks so bright?"

Its nice how they stay together too.

And then she actually takes a closer look at the kid and his... really authentic cowboy getup. And here there's no reason to just write it off as a costume. "...Guess you wouldn't know Legos."

His book is set down, but he doesn't pick one up though he kind of wants to.

And she's not building a mock-up, so they're there to spare.

She sticks a few Legos together, and sort of falls into building a house by default. When in doubt, it seems to do the trick.

He starts making a little tower and then soon creates a fence.

In fact, having someone around to talk to might help her not think about the odds of a storm coming at home. (Or, well, maybe not a storm so much as Artifactness.)
