Spider-Woman / Warrior Practice Yard
She's finally feeling herself after what feels like forever...at least that's her best guess. It's hard to be sure when you've been running a fever high enough to make you think you were someone else. She only has vague memories but what she thinks she might remember isn't the most comforting.
Either way, she hasn't worked out in far too long so she's out back dressed in a variation of her normal costume. She not sure what it was doing in her room and while it's comfortable to be in costume, this one is quite ridiculous. Just how is she supposed to blend into shadows in this thing? Still it will work for the paces she's putting herself through.
So far she's just been working on her balance but she's open for spectators or sparring partners.

Ako is going to give a wave when there's a point where Jessica seems to be looking her way. No need to startle people.

[OOC-I'll be slow until tomorrow.]

That's impressive as far as Ako can tell. She's just going to take a walk around the training area for now. It's been a while an a lot of snow since Ako has been out here.

"Some of the equipment is still slippery," she calls out to be neighborly.

"I think half the challenge of this equipment is deciding how to use it. Of course I think that's the point, to use it as you can."

"T-there has to be things that it's meant for more than others. I just don't know what they are, that's all."
It's all well and good to pry with a screwdriver, you should just know that it's for driving screws.

Jess has some experience with these types of places it seems.

At least there aren't a great deal of footprints.

She has quite a few thanks to Reed Richards.
Regardless, she's taking a long walk around the lake and when she approaches the back door, spies Jessica.
There's a soft, surprised intake of breath and widening of her eyes.
Jessica? Here?
If it's really her, that is -- it's no small possibility that some Skrulls might have found their way to Milliways. And the costume is unfamiliar.
"Spider-Woman? What are you doing here?"
She uses Jessica's code name, at least for now. You never know who's listening.

"She-Hulk?!?" she exclaims since Jen had used her codename; super hero etiquette can be awkward at times. Still it is good to see a familiar face! "Currently recovering from this flu I would much rather forget."
no subject
"Jessica! Is that you?" she almost hisses. "Because it better be. And fortunately I don't get the flu."
no subject
"I'm me," she says pulling down her mask so Jen can see her eyes. As she does so she casts a quick glance at the SWORD watch and sees that Jen is not only human but likely from her dimension. "Cleared by Reed Richards and served waffles by Ben while being tested. Also cleared by SWORD, if you know what that is?"
They'll have to play the "what time are you from?" game in a minute here.

Jen's always ready to pounce on people from her home Earth when she sees them, but she doesn't see many. She knows that the real Jessica has been through the wringer twelve times over, and she well knows the feelings that arise under such circumstances of the "How did I get here and what have I done?" variety.
no subject
There might be a hint of bitterness in her voice at that last bit.

Jen well knows the bite of public opinion being potentially utterly against you, as well as the nervous feeling in your stomach when you know your friends are tensed and -- this is the hardest -- afraid of you.
Before she answers, she pulls Jessica into a bear hug, the kind if enveloping hug that only a gammafied person can give (although she's careful not to squeeze too hard).

But back to the moment...she turns her head just in time to make their height differences not quite so awkward. "Grrrd a nofff," she says. It can be hard to speak clearly in a HulkHug(tm).

It's a relief to have someone here from home. She doesn't mind explaining Earth-616 to all the bar patrons she meets from other worlds, but it's nice to NOT have to say that yes, there's a reason she's green and yes, she's human.
"I'm currently fighting -- or trying and strategizing how to fight -- that red-skinned thing called the Red Hulk after our first encounter with him."
She can barely say the words without exploding in frustration.
"I think we must be from about the same space-time interval."
no subject
"As to our being the same time-space thing, seems likely according to this gadget." She holds up her wrist to display a large-ish watch which has two flashing green lights. "Latest from SWORD and ARMOR."
no subject
"Red is absolutely NOT the new green, and wait'll you hear what's happened."
She looks at Jessica's watch device.
"That looks like something S.H.I.E.L.D. would hand out. S.W.O.R.D. I know about, A.R.M.O.R. I don't. Give me the 411?"
no subject
"Anyway," she continues with a shake of her hand, "what's this about a red hulk? Are we going to need a drink while you brief me?"
