Normally Tumnus carries an umbrella especially when the weather threatens rain or snow. Sadly today when he was going to his house for a book he'd forgotten he owned, it rained.
Milliways was kind enough to appear behind his door, but his fur is rather wet and beginning to tangle.
He sits by the fire and orders a proper to tea with scones and a comb and towel as he tries to make his fur behave, it is rather curly. The smell of his drying fur resembles that of a rather clean but damp sheep or goat.

Urquhart's priorities are a bit odd, and his patriotism is mostly aroused by whisky, unless he's talking to That Watchman From Manchester. Then, the Scots can do no wrong.

"These are good," he says.
He has a medieval sense of humour sometimes, no matter how much he reads up on science from the future.
