Ow. Clem's been sporting an annoying hangover all day, and the REALLY BRIGHT LIGHT hurts like hell.

"Someone shut the barn door," she complains, covering her eyes.

Jean glanced at the woman slowly. Bemused patience in that glance, a woman who'd watched over so many children in her time. Whenever that time had been. "You'll be alright."

"How do you know?" she wonders. "Have you been dosed before? The last time this happened to me I thought I was an apple for a week."
