The show on the Milliways TV doesn't feature squid, for a change.

Enzo watches with interest an old monochrome show. It seems to be from the time when Users had more rigid gender roles, which the men and women in the show have swapped. The men are being comically terrible at housework, while the women have gone to work in a chocolate factory.

Botherable once he's able to breathe again.

"I haven't seen that one in years." Knox is sipping a beer.

"It looks old," Enzo agrees through his laughter. "I mean, compared to the Earth times I'm used to."

"It's a couple of years older than me. Around 1952. I Love Lucy. More or less a classic." Though a bit repetitive. "They didn't have color till the mid-60s."

Enzo nods, and then hoots as Lucy stuffs her hat full of chocolates.

"It's actually riffing off a Charlie Chaplin film. But Lucy is funnier."

"You really don't know Earth culture, do you?" He's met the kid before, long ago, he thinks.

"I'm still working on it."

Enzo tends to rely on people remembering him; they usually do, around here.

"That's fair. Charlie Chaplin made movies in the 1920s. Silent films. One of them has him in a similar situation. But not with chocolate.

"Chocolate is funnier." Lucy's funnier.

Somepony is watching from a few yards away with a look of befuddlement. But probably not for the reasons you're thinking of.

"I didn't think humans got that small."

"Huh?"

"The ones in the little box." Twilight points a hoof at the television. "I didn't realize you humans could get that small."

(It doesn't occur to her, yet, that she might not be talking to a human just now. Ponies come in every color of the rainbow, why shouldn't humans?)

"Oh! Those aren't humans, just pictures of them. That's a television."

"A... tele...vision? Like looking through a telescope? Where are the lenses?"

"The... screen, I guess? They film the show somewhere else, and then they send the video here, and it shows up on the screen. The people just look small 'cause that's how big the screen is."

"...I don't know what half of those words mean," Twilight admits sheepishly.

"Yeah, sorry. It's the kind of thing that's hard to explain if you don't already know it. I run into that a lot. It's... like a play, only the actors aren't really here?"

FINALLY something Clementine's familiar with is on the TV! She's sort of enthralled.

"Oh my god. The rice on the floor..." She's giggling.

"RTFM, guys, seriously!"

Clem has no idea what that means, but can jist it. "Have you seen the one where she bakes the huge loaf of bread?"

"I've never seen this before at all!"

"It's a popular show where I come from," she explains. "Or it was when I was a kid."

"It looks old," he says, putting a not-too-subtle emphasis on the last word. "Funny, though!"

Raspberry time! "I watched reruns, just like you are."
