Moist enters from the Front Door looking every bit a young man who used to be well to do but isn't anymore, Franz follows at his heels.

His suit is of a rather more old fashioned cut than his normal style and it shows signs of wear and he's wearing gold rimmed spectacles.

Once he sees where he is, he nods and goes to the Bar and pulls a piece of paper from his jacket to start writing a list. He orders a coffee for himself and a bone for Franz. This job requires some more details but its coming together in some interesting ways.

Urquhart greets Franz first. The dog appears quite happy to see him again.

After all, Moist is busy.

Once the list is written and handed over, Moist looks up and smiles, breaking character,

"Hello, things are going well. It won't be long before I'll need your skills."

Urquhart looks up from where he's sitting on the floor, fussing over the dog.

"Excellent," he says. "What have you achieved?"

"I've found my way into the home of a nice and rich older couple who have a soft spot for down on their luck Uberwaldians. I'm getting near the point of being invited to stay and wanted to get a few things from Uberwald that will win them over."

"That sounds excellent," Urquhart says. "Franz doesn't look down on his luck at all."

He grins.

"You should pinch something from the vampire lady."

Moist raises an eyebrow as he reaches down to rub Franz's head,

"No, there's no way that would end up."

[scots_wolf]

"Well, then not," Urquhart says, smiling up at him.

He was teasing.

"She does have Überwaldean things. But you'll find something. And while you're here, you can take a break and tell me more about these people."

"Yes, sorry, she's just worrying,"

Moist isn't consciously controlling his accent as much so he's sounding more Uberwaldian.

"She is," Urquhart admits.

He doesn't like the idea that she seems to be planning mysterious things in Moist's future.

He stands up, leans on the bar, and then bends his head to kiss Moist.

The spectacles add a whole new level of charming to Moist as far as Posner is concerned.

"Writing letters?" he asks, doing his best not to read over Moist's shoulder.

Moist turns and beams at Posner as Bar takes the list, for a moment he seems to almost have a slightly German accent and then its gone,

"Just getting some things together for some kind people who are hosting me. How are you doing?"

For that moment, Posner quite likes it.

"All right, I suppose. Still busy.

"My parents said it would be all right for me to go and visit Oxford for a day, though. Um...if you're still interested."

"Of course I'm interested. It'll be good for you, a rest and you can show me around,"

He kisses Posner's cheek as Franz wuffs and nudges Posner's leg.

David blushes at the kiss and leans down to pet Franz. "I'd like that. I don't know if we'll be able to get into the colleges. Not Magdelen anyway." He pronounces it like 'maudlin'. "We might be able to get into Christchurch for an Evensong or something."

"Why wouldn't we be?"

That sounds like a challenge and something Moist could get around.

"You have to be a student or a professor. Some of the colleges let you pay to take a tour, though."

[morethanprops]

"Ah, then we'll have to investigate one of those,"

He probably could easily pass himself off as a professor or a student but that would be hard to explain to David.

Well, hello there, Moist.

"I've never seen you look so tweedy."

Moist turns and smiles, "Do you approve?"

"It's interesting. But I'm more of a leather jacket gal." She appraises him as she comes to sit down beside him, clicking her tongue at Franz as she goes.

Franz sits up so she can pet him and Moist considers,

"They've never really been my style."

Franz gets scritched, and Clem pays close attention to his ears. "Huh. I love a man in leather." She shivers, and goosebumps pop up on her bare arms.

"Then you'll have to show me what you like sometime."

[hey35andholding]

She smirks. "I think you know what I like." She smirks and runs a hand up his arm.

"Good, I like making you smile."
