Fawkes has been doing some thinking, since his presence in Springvale would have caused problems during the investigation into the cult that had stolen Megaton's water shipments. It has been thinking primarily of the unpleasant, but necessary, variety. Just at the moment, he's looking for other people's thoughts on the subject.
This takes the form of the nine-foot-tall, heavily muscled, rag-clad green-skinned mutant thoughtfully thumbing through a Talley Defense Systems booklet on Verifying Performance of Thermobaric Materials for Small to Medium Caliber Rocket Warheads. It's more difficult than it looks. The pages weren't really made with fingers like his in mind.
He could probably be disturbed, if you could get his attention away from the book.
